Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Location, location! Lake House in Watercolor has the best views of Western Lake at complete privacy and is only three houses away from Seaside and five minutes away from the beach! This charming four-bedroom and four-bathroom home nestled in Watercolor's Cottage District sleeps 10 and was just remodeled with gorgeous, new decor on three levels. On the first floor, you will find the first two bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king bed with office space, access to the wraparound porch, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The screened-in porch features a hammock, queen bed, lounge seating for 8, and a ping pong table.

The second floor opens up to the open living and kitchen space and has plenty of natural light coming in from the wrap-around porch overlooking Western Lake. The kitchen has sophisticated black and stainless steel appliances built into the cabinetry as well as a large, hooded stove range, kitchen island and seating for twelve at the dining table. There are two seating areas on the second floor, one featuring a flat-screen TV. Down the hall is a bunk room featuring one set of twin over twin bunk beds and one queen over twin, with a twin trundle bed, as well as a flat-screen TV. There is a common bathroom with a walk-in shower as well. Outside on the porch are beautiful, unobstructed views of Western Lake all the way around. There is a gas grill and outdoor dining areas, as well as lounge furniture to enjoy the view!

Upstairs on the third floor is a large fourth bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, with stunning lake views, plush white bedding, two office areas, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Outside there is a fire pit, outdoor shower, and covered parking to fit three cars. You're only a short walk from the lake dock and a bike ride to the beach. This home truly has the best of both worlds, with the essence of coastal lake home and the bonus amenity of staying near award-winning beaches!

Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    We loved the house. It’s GORGEOUS! Want to leave 5 stars, but the management company didn’t communicate. We had to call to get the code to check in because we never got a notification the house was ready at 4. We didn’t receive a WiFi passcode. They never returned our call for the bike passcode or WiFi password. Luckily, we guessed the code to the bikes. This isn’t our first issue with 360 Blue.we have used them before and the house was perfect the last time too. Not the management company.

    Our family loved the Camphouse in Watercolor and would definitely consider this property if we were to return to vacation in this area. We had a great time and the 360 Blue team was extremely helpful and responsive for our needs. The home was in a perfect location and it had all the space we needed.

    Our family enjoyed our time at the Camp House. We especially liked the deck overlooking Western Lake as a gathering spot. The kitchen had the tools that we needed and the grill worked great. One of the best features is the home’s location and proximity to Seaside. Using the cut-through on a bike or on foot make Seaside so convenient. The views from the master and upper level deck were outstanding. Some of the furnishings could use a bit of a refresh, but they worked fine for us and we had a great time.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Camphouse. Pros: excellent location; quick walk & even quicker bike ride into Seaside; easy bike ride to the Watercolor Beach Club. Backs up to the dune lake with bike trails and a dock within 50 yards of the house. The views from the main level and the master bedroom were amazing;great porch space to enjoy the views (although it was quite warm in August; no bugs). Layout was excellent for our group (4 adults and 2 kids); should accommodate three families with 4 kids total, any more than that would get cramped). The house came fully loaded with kitchen appliances and utensils, a solid entertainment system, and really fast wifi. The 360 Blue team was great; super responsive when we requested additional dishwasher pods. Cons: The house is a bit careworn. It needs a fresh coat of interior paint and new furniture in spots - the sofas and some of the chair pillows needed replacing. Overall, great stay, would stay again, and would recommend highly.

    Loved this house! Great porches, comfortable seating everywhere, very comfortable beds and pillows! Beautiful view of Western Lake and on culdesac which is perfect for kids. Cut straight across to back of seaside, never had to fight traffic or bikers on 30A
