The second bedroom on the same level features a Restoration Hardware twin bunk bed, a double sofa bed, and an en suite bathroom. The lower-level third bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and en suite bathroom. You'll also find a half-bathroom on the main living level. If work calls when you’re in Steamboat, there is a fully equipped office space in the loft.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Apres Burger Bistro, the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Storm Peak Brewing Company. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
