Modern 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Modern Farmhouse Style Home. High speed internet and Dish Network. Road access and driveway are flat, so all wheel drive is unnecessary.

Modern, large, renovated house in Stowe Hollow. Situated on a private 8-acre lot with extensive mountain and wooded views. The house will comfortably accommodate one or two families; it is perfectly setup for 4 adults with up to 6 school-aged children, but has enough beds for 4-7 adults/older teens and 4 younger kids.
r>Large, 2-car, garage, huge mudroom lots of cubbies and storage for gear, and a 1/2 bath located for easy access with ski boots.

Main floor: New fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with large granite island (seats 4) open to the dining area (seats 10), and cozy living room with a sectional sofa, widescreen TV, stereo and fireplace. Off of the kitchen, there is a large deck with a grill and access to the backyard. Second living room with a gas fireplace, cozy and perfect to fall asleep while reading while the kids watch a movie.

Second floor: Master Bedroom 1: King with a master bath.
Bedroom 2: bunk bed with a full bath
Bedroom 3: bed with a pullout with a full bath

Second: second floor. Game room with ping pong and air hockey. Two additional mattresses for kids.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Third Living Room, pull out coach widescreen TV, Wii and DVD player.
Bedroom 4:Guest Room: Queen.
Full Bath, sauna, Hot Tub and small exercise room.

From the house, access to hiking, mountain biking and xc ski trails. It's only a 5 minute drive to the village. This house was designed to be very comfortable and very functional.
This is a private home that is only available a few prime weeks per year. Has never been rented.
