Kitchen doors were loose. The couch need cleaning. Dish towels were terrible. We organized cabinets a little. Hot water very limited. More trash bags at least one bag a day. Mattresses need replacement. Accommodating to a large group bunk room should change beds to more accommodating.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a positive experience. Property was spacious and provided plenty of space for our party of 12. Only complaint would be horrible mildew smell in the lower level...almost made it unliveable. Pool was a distant walk, further than we were lead to believe.

Mattress need replacing. We didn't stay the last night because of the mattresses. Did responded to AC stopped work and they sent right away and he also cleaned the AC. Stated Mold smell is basement problem. We stayed in another unit and there was no mold spell in the basement. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the triple bunk bed room, but one mattress had not sheets or blankets. Great location.

The place was fine overall, but there were several things that either didn't work or were difficult to navigate. For instance, the cupboard doors were loose and the hinges were not connected on some, the garbage disposal leaked which we didn't realize until the bowl put under the leak overflowed, the can opener was non-functional, the shower on the lower level was difficult to turn on, and many of the glasses were not clean when we got there. But the property management was very fast to act when we notified them of any issues that we had. The maintenance man brought a new garbage disposal within 20 minutes of our call to the office and he was very courteous and asked us if he was going to be in the way while he fixed the unit. When I had trouble with not receiving the email with the lockbox code, I was forwarded the information within minutes. The courteousness and quick response of the property management staff far outweighed any small annoyances we had with our stay!

Nice property close to attractions and wonderful indoor pool/jacuzzi. House is comfortable and has several beds. Only the kitchen cabinets (doors) needs maintenance. The shower in the basement doesn’t work. Overall is really good and we were satisfied.

Dining room window missing screen, kitchen cabinets not in great shape, stove seemed old, carpet runner curled up on edges and safety hazard, many beds had hair in pillowcases, sheets. Overall liked the unit but needs some attention.

This place has everything you need. We stayed with family 12 people and we had beds for everyone and extras. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker which great. Seating on the island for everyone and a table for 10. 3 levels with a bathroom in each level extra living room and tvs everywhere. Location is good. The only minor thing you have to get in the car to go the the pools. Overall, great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
