Spacious Coastal Retreat for 8—Pool, Woods & Near 4 Beaches

We loved our stay at this home. Very clean and there is room enough for all to enjoy time together or our own privacy. Back yard secluded and private. Loved the large deck and pool!The kitchen was well supplied with all our cooking needs with plenty of spices to choose from.Nadine was responsive and very helpful!We could easily walk to the beach or just a short drive. We highly recommend this rental!

King size beds and a queen worked well for us. Pool was nice to entertain the kids. Ocean 5 minutes away.

Great communication from our host all the way through our stay, she answered our questions quickly and throughly. The house was accurately described and was everything we were looking for. The kitchen is huge and beautiful, we really loved this house. The house is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large backyard, the pool and huge deck are relaxing and private. We had a wonderful week and hope to stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful four-night getaway at this property. The close proximity to the beach and the elevated deck were standout features that enhanced our experience. While a bit more privacy would have made it ideal, Nadine and Peter were exceptionally gracious and attentive hosts. Their hospitality added warmth to our stay. We truly appreciated the overall experience and would gladly recommend this property to friends and family.

We so enjoyed our time here! The house is spacious and we appreciated the bedrooms being on split levels to allow privacy and quiet for sleeping babies. Pool and backyard were a great bonus. Thank you for having us!

We loved our time at Nadine and Peter's home! The home was clean and extremely comfortable for our family- my husband and me, my mother in law and our two kids. The location was excellent- close to everything we needed including the beach just down the road. We loved the yard, backing on beautiful woods, and we loved the pool and our kids LOVED the chickens!! Nadine was quick and easy to communicate with via message and text and was gracious and accomodating with our few special inquiries. This home was the perfect setting for our first trip to Maine- we hope to come back some day!!

Property is 1 min from the beach parking by car. Beach spot is very nice with less people than Old Orchard even though it’s pretty close. Bathrooms and rooms were clean however kitchen apparels and cupboards were not. Owner is easy to reach and friendly. We encountered a lot of problems with the water heater during our trip we had to go and reset the machine often every day which was annoying. That needs to be fixed.

Everything was great. Great location, house was awesome, and the host was very welcoming. Only thing i would say is to please include the instructions for resetting the hot water heater in the welcome letter.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nadine and her family's property. There are new renovations not in the photos including an island kitchen, new cook top, and more that only increased our comfort. Nadine was very communicative and extremely hospitable including providing fresh eggs from their chicken coop and veggies from their garden. The blueberries on the bush next to the pool were ripening and yummy as well. The location was lovely and full of nature with large trees, hummingbirds, and a great deck on which to relax and take it all in. It's a short drive or bike ride to the beach (Ferry Beach State Park was beautiful!) and is very convenient to Portland, Biddeford, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and other nearby locations. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet get away near forrest and beach.

Our family of four enjoyed all the amenities at Nadine's house during our annual visit to Maine. The pool was well kept, clean and a nice break from the beach. The deck is amazing and neighborhood so nice and quiet. The beds were all super comfortable as well. We'd be happy to stay again soon
