Stayed Aug 13, 2023Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely home. The floor plan allows everyone their own space as well as many places to gather as a group. The house is immaculate and the furnishings are very comfortable. There’s bikes, beach equipment of all kind and lots of toys for kids. Having spent many summers in this beautiful area years ago, we had a terrific time reminiscing and hope to return.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023This was a beautiful house with lots of room for both teens and adults. It was just a short walk to the Spit beach. The home had beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for us to borrow. We have rented many years in New Seabury but needed a larger home this time. This home did not disappoint. Mike was a pleasure to work with and was concerned about our stay. He answered all questions and our concerns promptly. We would rent this property again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This spacious house gave our group (parents with teenage children) room to spread out but still be together. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. When we had a question upon arrival the owner responded right back and answered all of our questions. We have rented for many year in this area and loved this property...we hope to be back!

Stayed May 26, 2023We had a great time in this rental. The house is a perfect set up for families and/or friends with bedrooms on lower level, and two en-suite masters. The location is perfect. Walking distance to a beach and beautiful neighborhood. Views of the water on the second floor balconies. Would rent again!

Stayed May 13, 2023My friends and I were looking for a getaway and found this fantastic house near Capecod. The house was huge and had several bedrooms to fit all of us. The house has everything you need: bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and even a backyard with a usable gas grill. The gas grill was perfectly functional and easy to use, we had a great bbq session. The host Mike was very amiable, responded promptly to messages, and cares about the experience of the customers. We had an awesome stay and I strongly recommend this location.
