Stayed Aug 30, 2024Troy was an amazing host. Communication was great, house was just as described. The location was perfect for Havasu. I especially want to call out that Troy returned my husband wallet that he forgot in the desk draw even after 5 hours past check out. Thank you! I absolutely recommend this house if you're looking for a house close to Havasu.

Everything was very well taken care of and the a.c. was amazing. The living room furniture, the beds and even the showers were so comfy. You will love this home for you and your family and friends ! Stayed Oct 6, 2021This house was in a great location, not far up the hill like many, 5 min to main road, split bedroom design and open middle was great for everyone. Super clean, well stocked, and a huge garage. we will be renting again next year for sure.

Stayed Jul 23, 2021We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and open floor plan. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and every detail had been thought of down to travel samples of shampoo and easy to follow check out instructions. Plenty of towels and blankets were provided. We did not want to share a great review because were afraid the house would be too popular! We will absolutely stay here again.
