    Our stay was fantastic!! Room was very clean. Pool area was great, it provided a lot of sun for the wife and plenty of shade for me. We had a minor issue with our air conditioner on our second day and they were at our room in 30-minutes to repair it. Plenty of room, next time we are bringing the whole family.

    Good location on the north end of the island. Warm pool and hot tub. Very clean. Rooms as described. Would stay again. They have tons of pool toys and beach toys!

    Loved the quiet location with pool and canal out back! All essentials and more were right at hand! I decided to extend my stay one more day at the last minute and they were so friendly and accommodating! The whole process took one phone call and less than five minutes! Such a pleasant experience!

    We enjoyed the house, loved the pool. Thought the location was great. We enjoyed all the room and that the house was stocked with a lot of cooking pots/pans in the kitchen. The decor and design of the house is perfect for a beach home. There were several items that require some attention or cleaning and took away from our enjoyment of the stay though. A better broom to clean the beach sand off of the floor would’ve been nice. Inevitably, we would have sand on our feet when we went to bed. Frustrating. When we used the washer and dryer to clean the towels it sounded much like a helicopter taking off of the roof. Wash your laundry while you’re away, not at night. The doors to the deck are VERY hard to open and close. Theres no shelves in the freezer so utilizing the freezer was interesting. The furnace fan seems to run constantly and makes an odd gurgling noise that doesn’t seem right. There was black dog hair on the rug in the living room and on the beds in the “kids” room. With no vacuum available, we were unable to clean that and the baby ended up with runny nose and eyes. The neighborhood lanscaping crew uses a loud leaf blower from 8 or 9 am until 3 most days. Theres two homes being built/remodeled in the cul de sac so you’ll hear screw guns and hammering all day as well. The main purpose of this trip was the beach thankfully, so we were gone most of the time and spent very little time at the house. Otherwise, these minor inconveniences would’ve seemed larger.

    This place had all the comforts of home as well as everything you would expect while vacationing. Plenty of space for families to enjoy the outdoor living and also fully equipped for indoor fun. Having the dock next to the pool gave us all a sense of unity, some swam in the pool, others used their own Kayak to enjoy the channel, others fished and caught two 20 drum fishes, which was our yummy dinner that evening. This place was much more than we expected. We will definitely be back. Thank you

    The pool filter and hot tub were broken when we arrived. They sent 3 different repair people out who told us it needed a new part. It was never fixed our whole time of rental. We rented this home because one of our group as rods in his back and needed the hot tub at night. I even offered to send them X-rays. We had to call 5 times to get an adjustment to our rental bill with assurance they would get back to us. They still have not resolved this issue and every time I call they claim that a ‘manager has to approve’ or ‘a manager will call you back’ but we have yet to have a manager call back. I have to keep initiating contact and they still haven’t resolved this as of this writing. It has been 2 weeks since we left. If you rent a place with the key amenities in non-working order, you should adjust the bill in a satisfactory way. Things happen and things break, I understand that. But the way you handle it says everything about your company. There are PLENTY of places to rent from. At this point I would not rent another place that AMI Property Management company manages. Really disappointed that I’ll have to call again on Monday.

    This house was perfect for our September stay. It’s decorated nicely and is open. Home was immaculately clean. Lots of beach towels, chairs, a couple fishing rods, and more, we’re provided. Would love to return!
