The kitchen is stocked better than any other rental I have stayed in and the house was very clean. comfortable beds!

Upon arrival to the unit there was still what appeared to be chicken crust on the rug in the living room and we attempted to vacuum it up but neither of the vacuums worked. The ice maker didn’t work either. Overall, we loved that the balcony had the locking gate on it due to traveling with two toddlers. There was plenty of room for our family and we loved that the unit was located right on the beach!

The only complaint I have is that we were not aware that leaving a tent and chairs on the beach at night would result in them being taken during the night by the city.

You could see for miles and enjoy the waves coming ashore. The extra Cooler for Sunny D - Hawaiian Punch - Sodas was great. The extra ice maker was great - Beds were amazingly comfortable. The washer & dryer were used regularly & glad we had them. We enjoyed the mornings, afternoon, evenings and nights on the beach. One of our sons doesn't like water BUT he said the place was Awesome!! Bender Realty Staff was Great & we had NO issues at all with Sunset Place. Thanks & May God Bless!!!

It was the perfect stay!!! We had 6 adults and 5 kids 6 and under ! Our favorite place to be was on the huge porch!!! It was perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Place. It was as advertised. A spacious house right on a quiet stretch of beach. Easy to drive into Gulf Shores for restaurants and groceries, but far enough from the condos to avoid the crowds. We loved eating our meals on the deck watching the ocean. We would stay here again.

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities…with a spectacular view…. right on the beach. Lots of room to spread out. You do need to jump in the car every time you want to visit a restaurant or bar. Nothing is within walking distance If you don’t mind that, this place is perfect

After we walked in the house, we immediately went to Walmart to purchase some cleaning supplies. Three of us spent over 3 hours mopping the floor and scrubbing the entire first floor. I changed the water halfway through the mopping due to it was just to gross to continue to use. The table, chairs, couch all had to be cleaned before we could bring in our clothes. The upstairs bathroom had soap residue on the ledge and toothpaste down the front of the drawer. We also had to remove the rug under the bed in one of the bedrooms due to the odor. The deck and outside furniture were really nice, and we spent as much time as possible outside. This would be a nice house if it was cleaned. We enjoyed the deck and the beach.
