Would have been nice to know the houses to the left and right have major construction projects going on during the day.

Beautiful home, had everything my family needed. There was something for everyone to enjoy.

We were a little worried with what we would see when we arrived. This house was one of many that suffered extreme damage from the hurricanes last year. We were so pleasantly surprised, this owner has worked diligently to ensure that the house was ready for guests. When you look on either side at houses with very little work done you realize how great of a job was done. The house is amazing inside with great detail to the little comfort features that should be expected from this type of rental. The pool and outside patio area were enjoyed by everyone of all ages. The beach area still needs some work but that is controlled by the city. It was still very usable and having no immediate public access keeps the beach rather private. NOW, the most important part of this rental, the hosts were fully available and answered any questions by text within a few minutes. I have rented several other beach houses and have never received the great seamless treatment that we received from this host.

All 16 of us had an amazing time! We cooked and dined in most days because the downstairs kitchen was absolutely incredible—fully stocked with everything we needed, from pots and pans to plates and silverware. It easily accommodated our whole group.We made the most of the pool, patio, and hot tub every single day, rain or shine. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the beach welcoming. I honestly wish we had more time to enjoy it all, but as they say, all good things must come to an end. Once Upon A Tide was truly spectacular, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation with a large group.

9 adults and 5 children ages 3-14. Everyone had the best time spending our days and evenings in the water. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the white sandy beach and emerald ocean. The kitchen and living spaces were plenty large for entertaining our group of 14. We spent most of our time outdoors and there is plenty of seating and tables outside too! We all agreed we would come back to this exact spot!

Our family of 23 people ranging in age from 3 to 66 had the best time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beach and the pool were enjoyed by all. The pool table was a hit at night. Theresa and Jason were very responsive when we had any questions. We highly recommend.

Awesome house! Had 5 families in one setting. All able to do their own thing while in house. Beautiful place and great surroundings! Host was on spot with every email from day one! They also have been on spot with every inquiry we have had. Look forward to being there again in the near future!

This property is awesome! The house accommodated our family of 20 very well. We lacked for nothing! The kitchen was stocked, plenty of pool towels, bath towels and bed linens. Everything to get our week started. The homeowners we very accommodating and answered each message promptly. There were a few minor glitches but nothing that upset our stay. The location was amazing! We felt like it was our own private beach! Many wonderful memories made at this house!

There were 3 families (my husband’s brothers and their families and ours). There was a perfect amount of space for all of us and the accommodations were awesome! Everything you need for the beach is available. My daughters already want to go back!

It was a perfect house for our large family vacation. Beautiful pool and patio, and the beach was right there. Everyone had a great time.

This was our second stay at Once Upon a Tide. Once again, we created wonderful family memories and enjoyed our stay. This house offers everything our multi-generational family needs....from multi beds/baths, gameroom, kitchens, laundry needs, poolside and beachfront, and expedient communication with home owners, who address any issue that arises promptly. We'll be looking forward to our third vacation here !

It checks all the boxes, the family flew in from all over. The beach being your backyard, the pool, spa and patio was great. We had 15 adults and 4 babies and never felt crowded. Did a fishing charter, parasailing and great restaurants to choose from.

16 family members stayed at Once Upon a Tide the first week of June 2024. We had an amazing time. Easy access from the pool to the beach and plenty of outdoor space for sun bathing and eating on the patio. The beach house was clean and there was ample space for the entire family. There was no need to pack extra towels, board games, or kitchen utensils. This home had everything you need at your fingertips.
