Spacious Beach House. Very close to the beach and just steps to the pool!

Everything was great. Beach close walking distance. Grocery shopping within 2 miles. House was clean, well kept. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Close to the beach and steps away from the pool, if you stay here try Bad Ass coffee, you won’t regret it.

My family loved the space and all the rooms. Super clean and well stocked. Quick walk and you are at the most beautiful beach! Garland is the nicest owner we have come across. Do not hesitate to book this one.

The house is conveniently located in a cul-de-sac. The five great-grandchildren ranging in ages from 6 to 2 could safely play and ride scooters. Convenient kitchen and large gathering area. We like the fact that there was a drink cooler, a regular size refrigerator, and the utility room had a large size refrigerator. The pool was very close to the house and the walk to the ocean took only about 5 minutes. You could easily walk to two restaurants. Recommend Captain Dave's restaurant. The owner is very responsive and responds within minutes. If you have a question or concern. We like the covered porch area and especially in the large box of kids toys. There was also a large cart to easy transport stuff to and from the beach.

We had a great stay. I brought 4 18 year old boys for their senior trip after graduation. They loved the house and it was an easy walk to the beach each day and short drive to all the activities in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Everything is very close. The pool, the beach, etc… Unfortunately the tennis courts are in need of repair and didn’t have a net but we just drove to a nearby park. Garland was thoughtful and prompt in his communication.

What a week we had! This property was perfect for our group of 14. The location of the gated community was great and we were close to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk about 100 feet to get to the pool and have a short walk to the beach everyday.The owner/renter was so pleasant to work with, and assisted us with anything that we needed!We had such a great time that we are already discussing a trip back to this same place next year!!Highly recommend this property for any Destin trip you are planning!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our party of 3 different families to include 8 kids and 6 adults. The layout was great and the open concept kitchen/dining/living worked great for our group. House was super clean, beachy, and had ton of extra amenities including a wagon, a bench full of beach toys, and stocked kitchen. The close proximity to the pool was super convenient and the walk to the beach was not bad AT ALL even with small children/toddlers. There was also a beach tram that ran throughout the day and made trips even easier. Mr Garland was extremely great to work with, checked in on us regularly, and made every check in/out process easy! We look forward to visiting again ?

Beautiful community. They provide shuttle service to the beach. The pool is a few steps away. The house is very nice. Plenty of space for our group od twelve. The owner was super nice and responded right away when we contacted him. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation!

We had everything we needed for a great vacation. Having the pool so close was really convenient. Since we took our dogs all the dog waste stations were also a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We love coming to Destin and this was a great spot to be in.

House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and the neighborhood was perfect for the kids to go walk around. The pool was close and the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. The house has everything you need!
