Spacious Beach House for Family Vacation Rental

The house was very very clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. The wifi was easy to connect to but we could not figure out the tv. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We felt safe being on a girls trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Bob was great with quick communication and on point with everything we needed for our trip. The loaction of the house was perfect for us. The house was great abd clean. The temperature in the home was perfect for it being so hot during our stay at the end of July. Some places its too warm and this place had no control AC unit which matters. Plenty of soace for us. We would rent here again.

The property was spacious. It had a large eat in kitchen, a separate dining room and a sunroom for extra space. The kitchen had everything I needed. Bob was an responsive host. I so appreciated the last minute rental.

Nice house, perfect size and a few of the fireworks

It was clean & very comfortable! It was in a great quite neighborhood. This house had a lot of open room. We had a birthday party there at the house & it felt like home.

House was spacious and clean. Owner was very responsive to questions. Neighborhood was great. House close to lots including the beach.

It was roomy, comfortable. It was probably nicer than my own home. Loved it. Don't have any complaints at all. Will look to stay there again next summer if all of us are available at the same time again. The host communicated with us great whenever I had questions (pre-vacation...never needed to talk to him during our week down there because the place was exactly as described). My daughter and wife loved the sun room. 10 stars out of 10.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable! The location was great - close to great restaurants and the beach of course. Will definitely consider renting again.

We had a great experience at this property. My wife and I took our 3 kids (20, 20 & 15) to OC and this property had more than ample space from the huge kitchen, sun room, living room, dining room plus three sizable bedrooms and two baths. The house was is very clean with new carpeting throughout and a recently updated master bathroom. The host was great about communicating up front to set expectations all of which were met. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the beach, but we found it perect as we were away from the traffic and activity on the main strip (Coastal Hwy). We were within 30 minutes or less of anything that we wanted to do and we would definitely consider staying at this property again!

Overall the property was perfect. Great location for walking to the beach. Very relaxing.
