SPACIOUS BEACH HOUSE. 7 Bedrooms/6 baths with 2 porches and backyard space.

I rented this beautiful home for my VA family to celebrate Christmas with our NJ relatives. The house was decorated from top to bottom with wonderful Christmas decorations. My family couldn't believe the attention to detail especially since we are decorators ourselves. I left everything I brought to decorate in my car. The house had everything we needed. It's a great location too - close to shops and the water. I highly recommend this house. The hostess is wonderful.

The home is gorgeous and immaculate. It was wonderful to have a room for every guest. We got a lot of family time! The host was very responsive and accommodating. My only concern was the form beds, they were very firm. But overall I highly recommend this house and host!!

The rental was very clean.We also loved being close to the beach.

We were very happy with our stay in this property. It was large and excellent for our stay with our children and grandchildren. The kitchen was well-stocked with large enough pans for cooking corn on the cob and there were plenty of amenities, more than what was described on the vrbo site. We had a great stay and were very happy there were beach badges available for us all!

Our stay here was incredible! Plenty of beds and space for a large group and the location is unbeatable. We had a wonderful time and communication was prompt.

Stayed here with a large group of friends and it was perfect! There is a lot of space and it was super clean and has everything you need.

Property was lovely! Very elegantly decorated, staged and clean awaiting arrival with all beach town supplies. Ample linens and towels, coffee supplies, beach towels, bikes and beach supplies, etc. Neighbors are very close in this area and it is certainly a very quiet neighborhood area so even talking loud seemed disruptive so take the noise ordinance seriously. The stroll to the beach, literal corner to the quaint Ocean Grove downtown area and a short walk across the foot bridge to lively Asbury Park makes the location ideal. Street parking only though so keep that in mind.

This is a large house with a bit of a weird layout. Most of the decent bedrooms are a steep hike up to the 3rd floor. Some mattresses were terrible, some ok. Window coverings didn't fit the windows well and the one in my bathroom had at least a 2 gap where people in the house next door could see in if they tried to peak.I used the bathroom with the lights off. Fridge had some dirty shelves and the knives and glasses in the kitchen weren't very clean. The upstairs porch had more comfy furniture but all you saw were powerlines in your face. All in all it was an OK house but parking was tough and it was off season. was mostlyclean

This is an incredible house with an incredible locationthat had plenty of room for the 12 of us. There were so many places to relax and chat, including two porches. We had an ocean view from the second floor porch. We only had to walk one block to reach the main street where we visited coffee shops, an outstanding bakery, and ice cream shops. We often went up to the boardwalk and beach as it was only a short two block walk. The two fully equipped kitchens made it easy to cook meals for all of us. The three floors allowed for privacy between families. And there were three rooms with en suites!! As we went in May, it was not hot enough to stay on the beach, but I did notice beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards, and even surfboards in the yard that were available for our use. There was a large gas grill that was so clean. Over and over again, my family would say what a terrific house and it was so nice being all together there. I strongly recommend this house.
