Spacious Balcony, Gulf Views, and Private Pool Near Beach Access

Other than the heat and the crowds (because it was July 4)it was great. House was well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and there were plenty of pots and pans and dishes. As the grandparents, we chose to stay in the Carriage House and enjoyed the privacy. It was also nice for all of us to enjoy the private pool.

We loved staying here! You cannot beat the location and short walk to the beach, loved that and having a pool in the backyard! Though we wish they offered beach toys/umbrellas/chairs/etc since we flew in and couldn’t bring those with us, it was still wonderful!

We celebrated an 80th birthday with the entire family including toddlers, teenagers and young and young at heart adults. The house with guest house provided a lot of space, with a pool (we opted for heat) and a bbq. Location is right across the street from beach and a very quick bike ride to Seaside. Bikes were provided by the host which made it super convenient. Highly recommend for a large group!

Nice and new house . But… management company is terrible. The pool took three days to get turned on and hot when requested to be on upon arrival. And they compensated me only $36. Road noise was non stop and loud so Sitting on porches wasn’t peaceful. There was a gas smell from the oven that kept coming and going which made me fearful I was going to blow up when I used it. And the management 360 company denied it along with the strong sewage odor in the master bath which they were trying to cover up. And didn’t offer any compensation for any of that. The sewage smell was strong enough a friend walked in and said something. Management company is responsive but then takes the “nothing is wrong” line. Feel sad for the actual owners of this house being represented by them. The house itself has some lovely features and decorations. Easy walk to beach and to town is nice.

I want to stay in this house every time i go to the beach. Across the street from a public beach entrance. The rooms/beds were very nice. Plenty of room. About 1.2 miles from down town seaside. Easy access and would stay here every year!

This is great place for all ages. Our family is very large and this was very accommodating in many ways. The large living room kitchen dinning combo area was great for hanging out and meal time. Great access to the beach and grocery store. Loved that we could pretty much anywhere or take a beach bike. Thank you so much for speedy responses to emails and phone calls. We would definitely rent from 360 again. Much gratitude☺️

This property has a great location with super easy access to the beach which we enjoyed everyday. It was about a mile to town which is very walkable and we did a few times. Overall the house and stay was very good only a few very minor complaints and they were handled by management very timely. We did have issues with the bikes not working and had to call about them several times, not sure we ever had 7 working bikes but the kids made it work. The house and carriage house were mostly clean but some areas needed a little more work which management offered to come and reclean. We had 17 people...8 adults and 9 kids...we all fit great with the rooms and carriage house, but the kitchen was a little bit of a challenge as it is not super big but it can be done. The pool was a huge hit and used almost daily after the beach! It did get foggy one day but management sent someone out right away and it cleared up in no time!

The location of this property was perfect for our group! It was a short walk to the beach, & easy to get back to the house for a bathroom break or to grab anything forgotten. We felt like the beach access for us was not nearly as crowded as further down the beach in either direction. (However, it was early March, so may get more crowded as the warmer temps arrive). We loved riding the bikes—all 7 got used! It’s a quick ride into Seaside for meals & shopping which we thoroughly enjoyed. The main house & carriage house are both fabulous. There has been given so much thought into the details. I can’t think of anything I would add—or do differently. Two pleasant surprises—there are stacked washer dryers in both the main house & carriage house. And, there are also traditional coffee pots in both kitchens in addition to the Keurigs, so that’s an option if you don’t have coffee pods on hand. We spent the first day thinking the doors automatically locked behind us, but they do not—you have to turn the lock/knob (either on the inside or the outside) for the doors to be locked, but that was just clueless-ness on our part, & we quickly adjusted! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experiences! She Winds and its accommodations were great. My wife and her sister and brother-in-law and I enjoyed our stay very much. Close beach access was a plus. Restaurant suggestions by the owner were much appreciated. Weather was delightful. A nice change from Seaside, where we had always stayed since 1989.
