Stayed Oct 2, 2025Everything was clean, thoughtful and easy. Great location for so many restaurants and walks to down town locations, comedy clubs, beautiful place to stroll to murals and not far from the riverwalk. Great outdoor space for hanging out and easy parking, but best of all a unique and comfortable living situation. Not a bland empty VRBO experience at all.

Stayed May 23, 2025Wonderful house, such a great location and loved all the little unique details!Our only notes would be the very cute outdoor space needs some freshen ups. The cushions were super dirty and not well taken care of, and all the tables and chairs were covered in sap so we had to clean them all before enjoying.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024It’s hard to say how impressed we were with the house. The place is a perfect combination of beauty and functionality. We were only a group of 3 but 8 people could easily have plenty of room. Everything was clean and well-placed, backyard was relaxing, and the bedding was ultra-comfortable! I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Denver even if I’m alone. The location is close to everything as well
