The home is gorgeous, well equipped and beds are comfy. The two twins were combined into a King bed for our stay- this worked out well for our group but make sure to inquire if you prefer otherwise (we were not told ahead of time).

Reviewer Comments: We love this unit. We hate even saying that outloud since maybe then others will rent it and it won't then be available to us for our dates. The staff that takes caer of it is fantastic. Everything is taken care of the minute it's mentioned. We rented it for a happy monht and our only complaint is that they couldn't make it snow more! Walk to the lift, walk/ski the golf course, great TVs for Superbowl. Lovely and clean.

Location was perfect and the place was amazing! Very clean, spacious and up to date. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom and property manager Hunter was fantastic! Constantly checking in to see how our trip was going. Highly recommend!!

Mountain Management (the property management company) was just OK. Hunter our contact gets a C rating for communication. The property itself was lovely, however there were small issues that should have been corrected by the property management company. Like: check-in time notification outside of contract, a microwave that works intermittently, a floor light that does not turn on, a request for extra blankets that went unanswered with a bedroom that is very very cold. It was an expensive property and these are items that should have been easily fixed or handled.

Just a short walk to the Cresta lift made our ski days start off stress free. The short walk back to the townhome was only the beginning of a lovely evening at home. Everything in the home is high end, with extra details to ensure the utmost comfort. The management company was immediately attentive to one small issue we encountered during our stay. We would love to have this home as our home away for a visit to Beaver Creek/Arrowhed again.
