Stayed Dec 31, 1969House is huge, all bedrooms and bathrooms are large. It was great for our large group. Basement was great for kids, there is a tv down there but there is not a door so noise might be an issue for some groups if planning to sleep down there. I was glad I read reviews prior as the stairs were covered in ice so we brought salt with us. Kitchen was a bit overwhelming, it has a lot of clutter on the counters and the cabinets are completely full and unorganized. It was a challenge finding things and having room for our stuff. Dryer also seems to have 1 of the heating elements out, it takes double time to dry. Definitely recommend 4 wheel drive, driveway is steep and 1 of our vehicles had trouble getting up. We were skiing at Angel Fire Resort and it only took us less than 10 mins.Neighborhood deer are very friendly and will eat out of your hand.

Stayed Feb 18, 2022Residence was nice. Kitchen storage space was very lacking along with master bedroom clothing space. Seemed very lived in and not as guest friendly. Front main steps completely frozen, had a couple people fall down, very dangerous.

Stayed Mar 14, 2021House was not relaxing to stay in. There were electrical issues in the kitchen and we spent hours going through bulbs, circuit breakers and GFI to resolve the issue ourselves. One of the bedrooms ceiling light didn't work. One of the bathrooms was leaking so much water after every flush and shower. Had to use alot of towels to soak it up. Overall, house was clean. However it was so cluttered with the owner's personal belongings that there was no place to put our food and personal items. TV was tiny and not viewable for the whole family. Wifi was inoperable. Had to contact housing management several times and wasn't much help.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969They had to bring in heaters for the first night. Also the basement had electrical issues and so we didn’t have light in the basement the whole time we were there. We had people staying in the basement without heat or lighting. The property manager was very nice and did what she could to accommodate us but the property owners needed to make sure everything was up to date and ready to rent out.

Stayed Aug 6, 2020The house had nice bedroom areas. We had plenty of space for all to sleep, however there was so much of the owners personal stuff that we felt cramped and it was just a little weird. We had very little kitchen area to put our food supplies. The TV was in a small nook and no more than 2 people could watch at once. You could see the tv from another room but it was at a far distance. We enjoyed the deck area and the kids loved the yard.

Stayed Jun 20, 2020The entire family came. 8 adults and four children ages 1 to 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our first trip to Angel Fire. It’s as nice as Colorado and much closer to home. We will definitely consider returning.
