Spacious and quiet house with sea views

We had a lovely stay at this villa and the size was perfect. It did however get very warm and the fans helped slightly. It was also a long walk from town (we didnt have a car- our own fault), so make sure you have a car!

We really enjoyed our 10 days in this house with 4 adults and 5 kids. Nice location, nice house, nice view and a large and beautiful pool. Highly recommend this for everybody that wants to enjoy the south-east of Mallorca.

The house has a great potential but: BAD: - NO AC AND NO MOSQUITO NETS. We were there in august, nights were 28 degrees (outside), we had ventilators but it wasn't enough to spend quality nights. We had to choose between openned windows for some fresh air but deal with mosquitos and morning lights or closed windows with noisy fans on max speed. - despite comments from previous visitors, the fridge is still useless and doesn't cool properly. Clearly not well-sized for 9 persons. - kitchen is ok, but could be much better with simple things: better cutlery, oven and proper fridge. - dishwasher gives electrical shocks when you open it barefooted. - toilets are not flushing properly and you have to wait 5 mins for an extra flush. - 3rd bathrooms could be a fake news, it is in reality a dark basement laundry room with unused shower cabin and toilet. - sea view is pretty partial, sea is 1km away, and view is partial from the second floor mainly. - many doors are scratching the floor or the frame when closing and turn any movement quite noisy. - some windows and window stores are not functional. - gardens and green areas not really maintained. Weather in Mallorca is tough and dry, but in this case gardens looked more abandoned than anything. GOOD: - the pool big and nice. Even if spa sets are not working. - house is spacious. Globally, the house is not bad but owners should refresh it, review the description and pay attention to comments if they want to keep renting it at this price. We were 5 adults and 1 kid during 10 nights.

I spent more than two weeks in August with my family in this wonderful house. All photos show exactly how the house is, the swimming pool is really big and we really enjoyed our holiday. The only suggestion we give to owners for people like me who suffers too much warm is that air conditioned is missing and adding it at least in the main room would be great. Even mosquito nets to the window would be really appreciated from tourists. In complex the experience have been really fantastic. We will surely spend more holidays in this property. Thanks mr Heinz.
