Within the condominium has bank 24hs, medical post, area for cooper and bicycle, playground and 2 supermarkets. The condominium concierge is two blocks from the beach. The house also has maid dependence being a suite near the service area. It has 7 bathrooms, one in each suite, a toilet and a pool bathroom. Animals and children are most welcome.
The Jardim Acapulco condominium is a heavenly place. Very wide, tree lined streets, impeccable cleanliness and total safety.
The nearby beach is Pernambuco, a beautiful beach surrounded by mountains and very well frequented.
It has tents with chair service and umbrella that avoids having to take these gear to the beach.
The pool has a stepped edge very suitable for children.
The back of the house, where is the pool and barbecue is fully enclosed, which allows the release of pets when taken.
