Spacious and Modern 4 bed 2.5 bath home, 3000 sq feet home for Monthly Rental

We are renting out our 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home in the Pioneer Meadows area of Sparks, Nevada (Greater Reno Area). We live in a quiet residential neighborhood that is both safe and serene but close to all the activities you might like to see or do.

Downtown Reno/Casinos: 15 minutes
Reno International Airport: 20 minutes
North Star or Incline Village: 55 minutes
Lazy 5 Regional Park: 5 minutes
Pyramid Lake: 60 minutes
Golf Courses: 5 minutes

Thehouse is spacious and well-cared for. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Stairs and 3 bedrooms are carpeted. One guest bedroom has wood-look laminate flooring while ground floor features wood-look tile.

There is a master suite with separate shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, his and her sinks, king bed and patio perfect for star gazing at night. There is also a mini fridge in the master bathroom to keep drinks cool and save the steps of having to go downstairs.

The remaining bedrooms are furnished with two queens and a full size bed with pillows, blankets and linens provided. Guest bathroom on second floor has shower/tub combo with his/her sinks.

The ground floor is equipped with a dining room, foyer, half bath, breakfast nook with seating for 6-8, living room and kids playroom off the living room. The playroom has a small futon and sectional couch that can be used if an extra bed is needed. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults with a Pack and Play in the master bedroom. The dining room boasts a small desk for those working from home.

Large 70” and 65” Smart LED TVs are located in the master suite and living room. The home also has a mesh WiFi system to help strengthen signal for guests looking to use their mobile devices in their bedrooms and for streaming capabilities.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stocked kitchen with light snacks and K-cup coffee maker, two car garage (great for snowy/cold months or those entering their cars in the Hot August Nights car show), quartz countertops, AC/heat on both floors, ceiling fans in living room and master with two extra floor fans to use as needed, mesh WiFi, plant wall for great family photos, gas fire pit, a small safe for valuables, enclosed backyard, office space for those traveling for work and more. All utilities included.

This home is perfect for families large and small. Get togethers, family reunions/trips or business travel are perfect but no rowdy parties allowed. Pets allowed on ground floor only. No smoking or illegal drugs/activities allowed on property. Basic toiletries are provided (consider it as a starter kit of sorts), however given the 30-day minimum length of stay, you will likely be required to purchase additional items based on your personal usage.
