Spacious and Comfortable East Hampton Retreat with a Private Basketball Court

Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room furniture and outdoor furniture was new, comfortable, and perfect for setting. Pool is best feature of the property. We swam every day in the perfectly heated pool. Impossible not to enjoy yourself, particularly since you can bicycle to town, beach, restaurants, etc.

We can't say enough great things about this home. We rented the house for three weeks while on an extended family vacation and it was the ideal home away from home. The rental and check-in process was as smooth as can be, the owners are flexible and extremely easy to work with - they even left a bottle of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift! The house itself was clean, organized and well-appointed. Very nice sheets and towels. The master bath feels like a nice hotel! Beds are comfortable and although we were a small group, the house can easily sleep eight guests. The kitchen has everything you could need from lots of coffee machines and gadgets to plenty of pots, pans and plates. The best part of the house for our daughter was definitely the outside. Huge, beautiful pool that is clean (serviced weekly) and very comfortable temperature. Also a very large deck with chaise lounges as well as a couch/seating area. For kids, there is also a safe, contained trampoline that she spent hours jumping on. Add the regular deer and turtle sightings and it was a kids paradise! The house is in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood just a short drive from downtown East Hampton, but we appreciated the space and a bit of separation from the busyness of town in the summer. Overall an excellent home and more importantly, a great value! Would highly recommend.
