- Pet Policy: We welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog applies. To protect the home, pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

Mountain Living & Neighborhood Respect
The chalet is located in a peaceful residential community. To maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, we observe the following:
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No Unauthorized Events: Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Policy Enforcement: Unauthorized events or noise violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Arrival & Security
- Parking: On-site parking is provided. Please refer to your check-in instructions for specific driveway or garage access for this chalet.
- Winter Travel: Given the New Hampshire terrain, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months.
- Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points. There are no cameras in interior spaces.

    The house had great potential but it is not well maintained. Lots of things were broken or didn’t work, a number of the bedrooms smelled of smoke and caused allergies for some of our group.

    Gorgeous property and great for larger group. Highly recommend in any season, we stayed with a large group of 28 people max and paid extra for it.Communication was a tad scattered since there was a major miscommunication on overall guests but was resolved within a day. There were issues with the basement not having AC and ironing board could not be found and there was no resolution for two days.

    This large Airy home was very accommodating for our group. Very clean bedrooms is all accessible bathrooms. Easy Walk the Moon Mountain. My only recommendation is there to be a guidebook of some sort in the home for use of all internal devices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Our host was great and promptly answered all of our questions.

    This was a perfect rental for our annual family reunion as it was spacious and had separate living rooms to hang out in. The deck was a perfect outside area off the kitchen/living room area to hang out. Response time with property management was great. Only major glitch was an issue with the stove which I reported to the property management and they will fix. Also no toaster as listed but they delivered one the second day we were there. All in all we had a lovely time.

    We had a fantastic stay at the Loon Chalet. We went up for a long weekend with several families - plenty of room! Great space downstairs for our kids. The location can't be beat, just steps away from the lift at Loon. Easy ski on ski off. There is also a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the different Loon lodges/peaks. Very convenient. What sets this house apart is the customer service provided by Patrick and his team. Always responsive, gracious, and helpful. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

    Four generations of our family enjoyed this beautiful home. Grandparents, 8 adult children, 9 grandchildren, age 16 to 30, 1 great granddaughter, age 6 months. Family came from California, Kentucky, Tennessee to name a few. Some had not been to New Hampshire before.Patrick is a superb host. Activities, all nearby. The layout of this home is wonderful! Lots of space to spread out or be all together! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hope Patrick has more homes like this. We would like a different state.
