Spacious 8-bedroom house in beautiful Kissimmee with WiFi, AC

My family and I enjoyed our stay I plan on booking again in the near future.

This was our 2nd stay at this home. We love the space in the home, the location, and amenities. The owner was extremely helpful during our stay. We will definitely return.

House was very roomy, lots of space for our family of 17 ten adults - parents and grandparents, seven kids aged 4 to 10). Pool and hot tub were great. Clubhouse was great too - we used the pool, arcade, bar, pickleball courts. Kitchen was large and well stocked, except had to request extra utensils since they only had 11 forks (was advertised to sleep 18 people!). Rooms were not decorated like in the photos (staging?), and some of the toilets, etc. looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile (maybe house was so large cleaners lost track of what they had done?). Overall was a great place, just a bit of attention to detail was missing. Very close to Disney.

Loved the house amd resort. Lots of fun for kids and adults. House was well equipped and very spacious. Already talking about coming back next year!

Beds were comfortable. Nice large common areas.

Property was very clean and spacious for our party of 15. 11 Adults and four children - ages 2 to 10. We had room to spread out and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Plenty of parking to accommodate our multi-family gathering (we had six cars between us). The kids even braved the pool once or twice. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of hot water, pillows and towels for our group. We did not make it to the clubhouse this trip but hear it is fabulous. We all felt safe and secure in this gated community. While the home interior design did not match the photos in the listing, it was comfortable and functional enough. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were very pleased with the VRBO rental house. The price was unbelievable, the house was clean and welcoming, very comfortable and stylish furnishings. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which I advise anyone to do. We also paid extra for the propane BBQ grill, which came in very handy for cooking quick meals. This property came with a community pool/lazy river that was no extra charge to use and we used it on our down days from the parks (note: if you want tubes you can bring them with you or purchase them there. Also bring your own towels with you to the community pool.) Location of house to the parks within a half hour and very close to stores (Walmart, aldis, etc) Communication with the owners was great. Would definitely rent this property again.

The house is big and has 8 bedrooms, pool, etc. We enjoyed our stay. The home is not decorated as pictured, many of the amenities/decor in the photo were not there on arrival. The house was clean, but looked bare when compared to the photo. The host was easy to communicate with. It would have been nice to have a welcome package/guide to the property -not just posters on walls.

This was a beautiful home! It accommodated all 18 of my guests. We loved the location, the splash pad and the community. April was easy to communicate with and get in touch with during our stay and this is someplace we would definitely stay again!

The property was good just didn’t get the check in information until about 2 hours before we were supposed to check in. Everything was 75 more dollars. Should get a heated pool and hot tub for the price we payed. Would recommend staying at the property. Just be careful and read all the extra charges that you can accrue
