1. No Parties or Events
This is a family-friendly home. Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2. Registered Guests Only
All guests must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered overnight guests.

3. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect our neighbors and the community rules.

4. No Smoking or Vaping Inside the Home
Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. A ($500) fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.

5. Pool & Hot Tub Safety
• No diving, running, or glass near the pool.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Hot tub enjoy it !!

6. Pets
No pets unless pre-approved in writing.

7. No Rearranging Furniture
Furniture and décor must remain in place to avoid damages.

8. Security & Community Rules
• Do not tamper with exterior cameras.
• Guest must follow all Windsor at Westside resort rules.

9. Check-in / Check-out Times
• Check-in: 4 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-in/late check-out must be requested in advance.

10. AC Usage
Please keep doors/windows closed. Do not set AC below 73°F, as it can freeze the system.
