Great house and great location

The house was fantastic. The theater room and pool were a huge hit. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!! This house is not just a house, it’s actually a home. My little family enjoyed it. Super clean, spacious, the movie theatre room is perfect, our family of 10 got together watched movies with popcorn, surround system was a big hit. The swimming pool and spa is kept clean and heated. Plenty of room for all and very appreciated that Chai welcomes your furry family member. That’s a big plus for many of us that will not leave them behind. Chai is a perfect host, replies immediately to any message. Thank you Chai for opening your home to us, the girls really enjoyed their birthdays, looking forward to returning

Pleasant stay. Property clean and close to Disney Parks about 6 minutes away. Neighborhood nice and close to several restaurants and stores. Walmart close by. Enjoyed pool and nice gameroom and theater room after the parks. Definite a great stay. Will use again.

This house was absolutely amazing!!! My family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend we ranged in ages from 2 - 60 plus two small dogs. Everyone had their own space if needed and the common areas were unbelievable! From the theatre room to the pool. I will be booking this house yearly for my birthday weekend. Also Chai was very responsive and the house was very clean! We could not have asked for a better home for the weekend!!

To drive 6-7 hours with family and be met with this clean and cozy house was amazing. The outside doesn’t do it justice, it is larger than I was expecting, with plenty of space for everyone. Nice pool side bbq w/ dining table set up. Kids loved the pool, it was larger in comparison to our neighbors. Had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Really could be a 5 star place as the house is well designed, in a convenient location, with plenty of amenities, and in a secure gated community. However, i'm giving it 3 stars as the home was missing basic expected essentials that normally come with a short term rental (e.g. Kitchen - dish washer soap, cooking spray/oil, foil, pizza pan/cutter, scrubies, basic cleaning supplies (like windex), minimal Paper towels provided; Bedroom/Bathrooms - very minimal amount of TP for a 6 room house, not enough wash cloths, no kleenex). The media room looks nice but is impractical since there is no AC. The baby stroller needs to be replaced / repaired as it has a broken wheel. The check-in process was a nightmare (especially after a long flight with an infant) as the guard gate did not have me setup as an approved guest even though I booked the house months in advance. It took multiple messages with the host and extra trips back and forth from the house to the guard gate to get everything corrected. If these things are corrected it is certainly a 5 star location.

We came to celebrate our daughter turning 3 and niece turning 15. We loved everything about this vacation rental/home. We were made comfortable and was able to really enjoy family time. Checking was so easy. Response time for things we made have needed was quick. We can not wait to return. Thank you so much Chai for your hospitality.

This house was nice and within close proximity to sights and parks. Everything was as listed. We had a great vacation.

It was close to everything. We had 3 families traveling together n staying together, this place was perfect for us. The check in and check out process was so easy and not stressful at all. Extra Bonus to the daily trash pick up!!!! With 3 families, we had so much trash from all the take out food and paper plates (no one wants to do dishes on vacation!).

This house was perfect, it had everything we needed and was in such a great location. Our granddaughters loved the pool and the movie theater. We also found it really easy to get to the parks without all of the crazy traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

We had my parents join us as they live in Florida and we are from Maryland. We had a wonderful time. The home theater was a highlight of our stay. We also grilled cheeseburgers one night. We loved the spacious open living room with a balcony.

Great place for a family vacation, being close to all Disney Parks. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and theater room.

Everything was as described. Plenty of room for our family and the host was always prompt to respond. The theater room was perfect for watching sports. Community is very nice and set back in a quiet area.

We needed a large home close to Disney and this fit all of our needs.
