Stayed Nov 26, 2025We had hoped for a larger group of people, but road conditions and sickness turned our Thanksgiving into 4 people. We had a great time and loved the kitchen. About 20 minutes to the harbor on the spit. We enjoyed the Black Friday bingo shop hop and found some new stores that I had never been to in the summer when it is all about the fishing!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The property needed TLC. The property was clean, bedding was comfortable.Many of the windows were missing screens, so we were unable to open due to the number of mosquitoes outdoors. There were several patches on the interior walls that had not been painted. The water pressure and temperature in the showers would change if any other water wasn’t used within the house. Towels in bathrooms were worn. Kitchen was lacking amenities, for example, a potato peeler. Fans above the stoves did not work. Paint on outside of house was chipping, outside stairwells and balconies were not usable. Check in time on the confirmation email versus what the host had indicated were different, causing confusion when we had cold groceries that needed to be unpacked. She accommodated allowing us to put them in the refrigerator, however, house was still being cleaned upon arrival.Quick to respond to messages.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We booked this house to hold 15 of us for my bridal party. Jessica was accommodating and easy to get ahold of whenever needed. This home was so reasonably priced, every other home in comparison for size was twice the price. We did so much wedding prep here it saved us from having to book the venue an additional day. 10/10 would recommend this stay.

Stayed May 7, 2025Three generations of family were incredibly comfortable in this beautiful rental. Plenty of space for gathering and plenty of bedrooms for privacy! The large kitchen is unusually well equipped, including pots and pans big enough to feed a crowd the size this house can hold. It was sunny and bright, spotlessly clean, and Jessica was great to work with. We hope to have another gathering there in the years to come!
