This house is perfect for two families. It has two master bedrooms, both with king size beds overlooking the pool with large bathrooms and walk-in closets.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house and private pool and spa

Each client is provided with an access code before your arrival through your messages. The access code is only valid on the days of your reservation.

Others things to Note:
1) Check in/Check out: Check in is at 4:00 PM, Check out is 10:00 AM. Early check in or late check out may be available for a small fee, message us.

2) Trash days: Monday & Thursday. Trash bins are located on the side of the house.

3) Pool Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned every Tuesday. The technician will access the screened area for maintenance.

4) Pool Heating: Recommended from November to May. The heating is $45 per night (must be for the entire stay and takes 14 - 16 hours to heat). Pay prior to check in. Please request at booking.

5) Starter Supplies: We provide basic toiletries (such as: toilet papers, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) to get you started. Plan to purchase more if needed.

6) No smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house. Smoking could be done anywhere outside as long as the exterior doors are closed. Any smell or evidence of smoking inside the house after checking out will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

7) Travel Insurance: Highly recommended for weather or cancellation concerns. Refunds are not issue for these reasons.

8) No Pets: This is an allergy - friendly home. Violations will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee and cancellation of any remaining days of your stay with no refund.

9) BBQ Grill: A $35 fee applies for grill use to cover cleaning, payable before check in.

10) Security Cameras: For safety we have cameras all around the outside of the house.

11) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors

12) No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in $500 fee and the immediate cancellation of any remaining days in your reservation without a refund.

INSECTS/INEVITABLE:

In conjunction with superb cleaning, our house is treated periodically for pets. However, is a tropical environment and some insects may (and will) appear depending and thoroughly cleaned after each rental. We have no control over insects and will not provide compensation for such. Therefore, help prevent them by:
-Keeping doors and windows closed at all times
-Clean up after cooking meal times
-Keep food inside the fridge
-Empty inside trash regularly, dispose in the outside trash bin.
