Stayed Dec 20, 2025Had a great time staying at this Clovis location over the Xmas holidays for a family get together and celebration. The home was very well prepared and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Scott the host was easy and responsive. The location was convenient to all our shopping needs. Large fenced in back yard and patio. Comfortable beds and convenient bedrooms for the 12 of us and enough bathrooms to accommodate all. Glad we didn't pass this one up.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025The house had a nice layout and exactly as described in the posting. The host was very nice and prompt with detailed instructions. There was plenty of space for our group. There were lots of towels and extra blankets for us. The backyard was big although we didn’t use it all but if it was warmer, I’m sure we would have enjoyed the backyard and the fruits back there. We would book again.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Scott was an excellent host and very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe! Kids/Teens loved that they were able to stay in 1 bedroom. 3 queen size beds in one bedroom. Thanks for having us Scott. Will definitely book again in the future.

Stayed Nov 22, 2025Our big group of 14 people loved this house. I was told by multiple people to give a 5 star rating. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was impressive in what it offered. Lots of space, utensils, linens, bedrooms and beds. The highlight was the “community pantry” concept. They had some basic supplies that were free to use if needed. It saved the day for us since we were cooking for a 300 strong group and were running short of supplies for 10 and running short of time as well. Will definitely book again if we are in the area if available. Thank you for your hospitality.
