Spacious 6-bedroom house in lovely Corpus Christi 1 block from Ocean Dr.

Host was great, had a few kinks at the beginning and he was on top of it in no time. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and we had everything we needed. We had a great stay.

Lovely house in a perfect area for seeing the water. The front door is a bit tricky and we found it easier to use the side door, but overall this was a great house. Comfortably slept 9 people with enough room for us to have some personal space as well. Electricity was a little wonky when using appliances, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to enter 2 hours ahead of check in since we were early and that was very much appreciated!

This is an excellent value for large groups. Some details left to be desired but the value couldn't be beaten.

The house is big ans located at a well area, however the house its decaying, roaches were foud. House was dirty. When attempting to use any electricity the remaining of he house dims. Lots of water damage. Stains all over the house. Ceeling seemed that had a hole

This property comfortably accommodated nine adults, two toddlers and two pets. The home is cozy, spacious and excellent location walking distant to water views. This is the second time we’ve stayed on this property and look forward to coming back.

The house is very spacious and beautiful, just had an issue with one of the upstairs bathroom that leaks through the ceiling downstairs, the place was not cleaned up very well, tobacco guts were in a drawer in the room that the kids were in, the fridge was absolutely disgusting with whatever someone spilled in it and the under the couch cushions were old candy and crumbs and some disturbing stories in the guest book. I see potential in this place but it needs work.

Be aware that when you enter the property it will be hot. Like, 90 degrees hot! Luckily, we ran by the property before we went out and about, which we hadn't initially planned to do. When we finally got in it had cooled down enough...but not super comfortable. Imagine getting in around midnight and it's 90 degrees! Entering the property is pretty interesting as well. The front door lock is messed up (which the host let us know) so you have to use the side door. The side door does not have a door knob so you have to figure it out on your own on how to open the door. The host was timely with the check in and out instructions but after I messaged about the side door and the temperature of the house, there was zero response. Still haven't heard from them, no apologies..nada. If any of us had been with our elderly parents or young children, this would have been a complete nightmare and a very different situation. If they want to save money on the utility bill then fine..but, it wouldn't be out of line to expect that someone runs by the property around 1 or 2pm to turn the AC on for their guests. The place is huge and will take a while to cool.

We arrived from out of town late. All we wanted to do was relax, but that wasn’t the case. We did not receive any information on how to access the property, leaving my family and me locked out. We tried reaching the owner, but they never answered us until the next day. My very pregnant daughter was in pain and desperately needed to relax, needless to say it was a very horrible night. We finally had access to the house. What we thought was going to be a great start to our vacation, quickly turned into an even bigger nightmare. The stench coming from the house, the heat from the AC being turned off, and the roaches roaming the house just added to my stress from our long journey. We expressed our concerns via text to the owner because he didn’t answer any of our calls…(Out of space or I’d continue)
