Spacious 6-bedroom house in Gilbert with AC, WiFi

The place was perfect for trip to Gilbert. Plenty of room and yard was amazing.

Check in was good. Our group enjoyed our stay at the house. We had lots of room. House was very enjoyable but hot - whats not to expect in Phoenix. We were here for the Section 7 basketball event for high school girls.

Our family gathered to celebrate the life of our loved one who passed in January. The host the very understanding and accommodating for our needs. We had time to express our thought and to relax and share family memories for all the generations of our family. Much needed time to reconnect and share our love. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. The pool and spa were highlights. Appreciated that we could control pool and spa with the app. We thank the host for providing such a serene location. Would definitely recommend this cozy location for your next trip.

The house fit perfect for the people and the stay. The pool is great, the bedrooms are comfy and the hot water works. The road in is a little odd and is gravel is rough on low profile cars so I would recommend trucks. Given the price per night, my only complaint is details - the fixtures in the home need attention as you can tell a lot of people have stayed there and the hooks on wall are loose, the BBQ was covered in grease and upon starting it we had to spend 10min burning off full grease catch, the plumbing fixtures are loose and frankly for the price per night I would think that they can have someone go in and tighten everything up and have attention to detail. I would absolutely stay again but given my review I would hope that they can dial in the little things

Beautiful house, huge property, great amenities. Ashley was very responsive when I had questions. I truly appreciate her giving permission ahead of my booking to have some friends and relatives over for a few hours on Saturday afternoon to hold a Celebration of Life remembrance for my recently departed parents. In fact, that is a large part of the reason I chose her house. The only downside to the home is that it is on a short gravel private road. It rained during our stay, so the street was muddy and had lots of puddles, but that was only a minor inconvenience to an otherwise awesome experience. We were pleasantly surprised to see the size of the enclosed back yard and patio that weren’t really represented in the photos. In fact, we had several people who came over comment on how beautiful the house and yard are. Thank you, Ashley, for the use of your home!

We traveled to Phoenix with two other families for a baseball tournament and loved our stay!! Plenty of room for 6 adults and six kiddos. The home is beautiful, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Our boys really enjoyed the pool and the adults loved lounging on the back patio and grilling. The host was awesome - we started running low on dishwasher detergent and trash bags and when i reached out, she had them delivered within an hour. She even included a lighter for the grill which was extremely thoughtful. Very friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

This property was perfect for our family gathering. We were in town for a Celebration of Life for my husband’s father grandfather and great-grandfather of our 3 adult children, and seven grandchildren, who flew in from Colorado, Michigan, and Washington State to join us.The boys really enjoyed playing in the grass area and pool. A necessary outlet for expending some energy! The house had everything we needed and very comfortably lodged our large group.The owner was very accommodating and respectful of our various flight schedules come check-out time.A great experience all around.

If you can stay at this house you should!!! Part of our volleyball team stayed here for a tournament and it is fabulous. It feels out in the country but in town and 15 minutes from Arizona athletics ground. There is so much room for everyone. And the pool is amazing. The owners are great and very response.
