Stayed Sep 26, 2025What started out as a good stay and experience did not end well. Our family was in town for our daughters wedding. When we booked the location we requested a late check out on Sunday. We were approved to check out late afternoon on Sunday. While we were all enjoying some time on the outside deck the owner began speaking to us over the ring camera saying we had overstayed the check out time. First, we felt very uncomfortable being contacted like that. The owner had my cell number and could have called me, but chose to invade our families privacy over the ring camera. Second, he would not acknowlege that he approved the late check out, even though I sent him a screen shot of our conversation over VRBO messages. Needless to say, as soon as we knew we were being watched we were out of there. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The owner has sent me a bill for an extra night stay. Owners need to honor the agreements made with their renters and need to stay off the ring cameras!

Stayed May 1, 2025This has been a great experience for us. The host was very professional and kind. The home was all we needed to create family memories during my daughter’s graduation. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood . Great for family and friends. Very safe. This home has all you need plus more. We will be back!
