Spacious 6 bedroom home in east Mesa

amenities were all in good working order

This home was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and it had all of the amenities you needed. The back yard was incredible it was like a resort! We spent most of our time outdoors. The pool, the hot tub and the bbq area, but most of all was the sunken room outside with the tv and water features. Thank you for a fantastic place to spend our time in Phoenix.

Pool area was awesome. The size and layout of the house was very nice. Can handle a lot of people very easy. The host was easy to get ahold of and treated us with a smile. Highly recommend

Visited a friend who lives in the neighborhood for his 50th birthday. House was relaxing, clean and the outdoor area was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next visit.

This house was perfect! It had so much room and had everything that we could have needed to make our stay awesome!!

Good sized home. A bed for everyone. Kitchen was adequate, but we only ate breakfasts on site. Sadly, it was too cold to take advantage of the pool and swim up bar area. (A couple of kids braved the cold water for a quick dip). Overall it was perfect for our needs

The house and the amenities were better than we expected. The pool and grill area were wonderful. There was more than enough towels, coffee, toiletries, etc , for everyone.

Very nice home for large family and had a locked gate with a fence around the pool since we had 4 kids under 7 and older teens and adults. The property manager and host, Aaron, was absolutely excellent and accommodated us above and beyond!

Our group of 11 had a great time at the VRBO. The inside of the house was fantastic but ooohhhh the backyard. The pool, hot tub, and sitting areas were fabulous. Not to mention the swim up bar and the cooler and ice machine out back. There was ample room inside the home for those that didn't want to be out in the heat all day. Very spacious bedrooms. We were able to check in early and every time I messaged Aaron with a question/request, he responded within 5 minutes. We would definately stay again.

Perfect home for a large group of people!

It was one of the best vrbo properties I’ve stayed at. I will try to stay here again. Awesome pool and outdoor area. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice.

House was great!

This was perfect for our family of 16. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the living room where all of us using a couple chairs from the dining room were able to all be together. Once we got the pool heated to where anyone could get in we spent a lot of time in the pool area. Everyone could find a comfortable chair to visit or sunbathe. I would recommend this property to any group of people.

It was just okay. Garage not available. Dishwasher not working. Paid $200 to heat the pool but not warm enough.

This property could not have been any better!! We enjoyed all the spaces, the pool and hot tub. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Aaron was so kind and available for any questions before check in and after arrival. I totally recommend this property if you want to relax and be taken care of.
