Spacious 6-bedroom 3 Bathroom Entire House in charming Gilbert Sleeps 12

Great location, super clean and excellent commutation with the host!

The house was large, and clean. The beds were comfortable. Towels were good. The kitchen was adequate for our needs of 11 (8 adults, 3 babies).We found the furniture to be in poor repair, with a 3 yr old breaking a stool support and another stool on its way to failure. One couch was sagging. For a house with 6 bed rooms it didn’t have enough main floor furniture. The dinning table sat 6. The front room sat about 4 (3 on couch, 1 on chair). The back room sat 2 on a couch. The patio furniture was well past its prime. The grill didn’t lite properly- hazard.The main floor bath and the suite bath were clean and in good repair. The 2nd floor 2nd bath tub needs to be replaced - it was bad.The neighborhood was very nice and quiet with 2 nearby parks that were great for the 3 year old and the toddler.

This house was perfect for our family to stay for a wedding. Spacious and clean with everything we needed. Communications with the property owner/manager were prompt and any issue we had was addressed immediately.

This place was spacious and well stocked. Each room was cozy and well laid out. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbor was friendly. Enjoyed our stay and if ever in the area again, will definitely consider booking again.

The house was a great fit for what we needed—a comfortable and convenient place for part of our wedding party to stay and prepare for a nearby wedding. As with most rentals, there were a few minor issues, but nothing that impacted the overall experience. For our purposes, it served us well, and I’m happy to give it a 5-star rating based on that. If we were staying longer or using it as a vacation rental, I might evaluate it differently, but for a short stay tied to an event, it met our needs perfectly.

Great house with room for everyone!

We used the house for extra beds during our holiday visit. It was clean & spacious. The location was quiet yet near everything we needed. Eric was super responsive.

The home was clean and ready for occupancy. It matched the description in the listing, so what we saw is what we got. The only surprise was a welcome card and a small bag of sweets on the kitchen island. We had a couple of questions and host Eric responded quickly. I checked with the others who stayed there regarding how comfortable the beds were and no one had any complaints. The TVs worked, the appliances worked, the kitchen had enough supplies including a Keurig, and our guests (who had come from out of state for a wedding) had no problems; in fact, they were all impressed. We rated this home 5 stars in every category for a reason and we would book it again if needed.

My husband and I stayed with our adult children. We were in town for a family event in Chandler. The house is beautiful, in a great neighborhood, and had plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the manager/owner was easy. Instructions clear and reasonable. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
