Spacious 5BR Oasis with Game Room & Fire Pit, Denver

Upon arrival, the trash cans were overflowing and the back yard had trash and marijuana all over the back patio. The propane tanks were empty and the kitchen had a film on the counter tops. The toilets started flushing slowly and eventually over flowed and flooded the basement. There were no disinfectants available in the house to clean the mess. The host did call a plumber but then accused us of plugging the toilets and flooding the basement.

House is great. Location is amazing.

The house was good overall. The only thing was the towels smelt musty, i think its due to the washer was closed after each use making it stink. I rewashed our towels twice and they never smelt clean. The carpet does have stains and the downstairs shower never drained.

Good neighborhood, good location, lots of space. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable and clean with a nice backyard space. Checking in and out was easy with clear expectations.

Enjoyed the property and the owners were very prompt with responding.

The house is spacious. The game room was great for entertainment. The hosts respond quickly and were kind. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and about 20 minutes from downtown Denver. We had a great time!

Check in process was super simple and the hosts were constant with communication prior. Rooms and areas were all clean. The furniture is a little stiff but I just think that’s preference and didn’t majorly impact our stay at all. Loved the game room and big kitchen. Some utensils/equipment didn’t work like the can openers or hairdryer but it was a great stay regardless!

Plenty of room for our little vacation and plan to go back again next year

Loved this property! Plenty of rooms for family and the game room was an added bonus for the cold night spent indoor.

Family vacation with three generations. House is tucked in a quiet older neighborhood. House was not dirty but certainly not clean. Clean sheets on top of very stained mattress pads. Vents snd carpets dirty. Kitchen reasonably stocked but not organized or clean. Lots of house rules yet I think when you pay for a home and a cleaning fee, you should expect it to be clean, well ordered and well maintained. Uncleaned coffee maker on arrival did not make us feel confident in the cleanliness or feel welcomed.

Everything was clean. Kids loved the air hockey. Host made check in easy.

The house was just as described. Plenty of room for the entire family. The owners were very accessible and responsive. Quiet neighborhood, good location.

House is in a great location - close to a lot of different things to do. Enough room for all of our family. Host was very responsive - great to work with.

Truly was not at the house much at all, we literally were there only to sleep and shower. Beds were comfortable, the house is very cute, but could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t get to use all the amenities the place had to offer. I would recommend this place.

This house was a great place for family to get together to support my son at a soccer tournament. Family came from several states away and it was a nice place to relax in between games and activities in the areas.

We absolutely had an amazing stay. The neighborhood was peaceful. Plenty of parking. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family stay. Well stocked with cookware and cutlery, etc. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions and concerns and issues. It’s also very close to grocery stores, gas stations and you can easily get to many attractions!We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
