Spacious 5BR Luxury Home- Yards from Moses Lake public launch & docks sleeps 14

Very spacious and close to the lake.

The host was available after one unsuccessful attempt. The first impression of the home was it was perfect for our weekend. Three old(er) men, longtime friends getting together for a weekend of football games. Plenty of space for gathering and a bedroom/bath for each of us. Then we had a bit of panic finding out there were no tv sets that were wifi capable and no portal (ie Roku) devices to allow us to access Amazon Prime which had one of the playoff games.

The house was not particularly clean, or well set up as a vacation property. Carpet and home had a somewhat musty smell, and many personal items that made it feel more like great grandma's house. Dishwasher was full, etc. Maybe their cleaning service is to blame?

Overall a good experience. Family friendly, lots of room. Good view from patio. Our friends, as well as us would stay here again at the price point. Some things need a little updating.

This house was so spacious and comfy cozy. It felt like you were home. Very charming and lots of space. It was the perfect stay.

This property is absolutely amazing and beautiful. It us Quiet ,calm and peaceful. This is the vibe i was looking for.

This was a fun and relaxing place to stay. We had a great view of the fireworks during the 4th. The 2 main hang out areas were far enough apart it helped us not feel too crowded or that we lacked personal space. There were plenty of linens. The kitchen was big enough that our 2 families staying there weren't stepping on each others' toes and had space for all our food. There were books and toys for all ages. On the whole a pleasant place to stay. We'd be willing to stay there again.

We had a great time here. The location is quiet and close to the lake, with a beautiful view that made mornings extra peaceful. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and the check-in/out process was super easy. We grilled steaks on the little charcoal grill, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, though it was a bit unorganized—but it felt like staying in someone’s real home, which gave it charm. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely happy with this five bedroom home! Owner was very helpful, considerate and nice! We look forward to booking this home again in the future! The home is family-friendly.

Nice House in a newer Development. Very quiet area.The sunsets over the lake were spectacular.The house was very spacious with plenty of seating and dining areas.

We have rented this house for the last four years when we go to Moses Lake on Work. It's a great location for where you're working at and plenty of room for all of my staff. CHARLES has always been very responsive to all my communications. The cleaning person Could sweep her vacuum a little bit better but was not terribly bad..

Loved the house and amenities.

Overall this house was comfortable and very homey. There were a few issues with cleanliness (pots/pans in cupboards that had food stuck on them; very dirty/sticky potholders, game room floor had sticky spill, empty ramen noodle cup on the floor in one of the bedrooms). Not a deal breaker, but maybe more attention to detail is warranted. Would stay again if going to the Gorge with a large group, as it was affordable and a nice location on the lake.

Overall the house was a great location and very spacious. The kitchen floor left my cousins feet completely black, so cleanliness was clearly not good. The bathtub in the master was not clean. These things made us a little leery of what else might not be up to par as far as cleaning goes. The two mops left in the pantry both had gross used pads on them, so we didn't use them. The rooms were accommodating with enough pillows and blankets, but the towels in the bathrooms were VERY old and worn and there was not enough toilet paper left for our 7 people stay over three days. We had to go buy extra. Lastly, the hosts showed up 50 minutes early, at 10:10 when check out was 11. We were already getting packed up, but this made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. They should not be allowed to show up until after 11. Their excuse was they had a tight turn around for the next guests but that's not our problem. We paid to be there until 11 and we should have been allowed privacy until that time. The host was communicating well regarding an A/C issue and that was fixed before our arrival, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay, but if I book it again, I would definitely bring my own cleaning supplies to do a quick clean and I would bring my own towels.

We were thrilled to find this awesome place. Huge house and lots of space to father. It was basically as described and met our needs. The beds could be much better but no bed is better than your own. Cleanliness was also okay but could be better; again, not a huge deal. Great view. Great location. We would rent again. Peace out.

We came to stay in Moses lake to celebrate our youngest family member’s graduation from college and his new job. We did not have as large a group as we thought we were going to have but the house was prepared for a large group. I recommended staying here if you are looking to accommodate a large group. It is across the road from the boat launch and a great park! We enjoyed our stay!!
