Spacious 5BR Captiva Retreat with Private Pool, Spa & Game Room

We came to celebrate our anniversary and Lisa was the perfect contact for us! This home had the space we needed for each one of us! The pool was well tended to. The property was the perfect distance to the beach and to the cruise boat pier! We had a marvelous time! We can't wait to return!

This property was perfect for my family's long weekend visit. It's super close to the beach, restaurants, and more. We saw countless dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife as well as daily sunrises and sunsets. I didn't use my car the entire trip! The home is bright and beautiful, perfect for large groups as everyone has their own bathroom. The pool and hottub are perfect after a long day at the beach, and the front porch is amazing for listening to live music at Key Lime bistro.We did encounter a few issues on the first day. One being the master shower handle was a bit stripped making it really hard to get going (it just needed to be manhandled but we were being cautious) as well as our spa not heating up. However, the property management company was quick to send out a team to fix the spa and we had it heated within 5 hours. Nothing's worse than having to waste time during your vacation so I appreciate the quick fix!We hope to come back next year as Captiva is the perfect place for us to relax and hang as a family.

Absolutely best location. Beautiful home. We stayed for a girls weekend for a. 60 bday celebration It was absolutely perfect!! Host was very responsive and accommodating. I can’t recommend this property enough!!

Perfection! Beautiful house. Very clean and decorated lovely. Great little pool and friendly iguanas in the backyard.This is the road to be on in Captiva... a 2 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance, plus the Island Store (groceries).

Our trip was postponed twice due to hurricanes, so we were very excited to finally get to go. The house was better than we imagined. It was clean, spacious and lovely. Everyone enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. Nearby restaurants were excellent and shops were fun to browse. There were a couple issues when we first got to the house which were immediately taken care of by management company staff. They were also very helpful and responsive during rebooking after the hurricanes. Our group age range was grandparents to toddlers, everyone had awonderful time and looks forward to returning.

House is a little dated. Hot tub was not working and it took all week for an actual pool person to come look at it which was kind of annoying as it is cooler at night and we wanted to use it.
