Spacious 5Bdr/5Bath in Downtown FW Stockyards TCU

The home was clean and comfortable. To be honest, other than sleeping we weren’t in it a lot, but it was everything that it was advertised to be. We were in town for a convention and it is close to downtown and the convention center, which was nice for us because we don’t want to be around the crowds and nonsense.

The stay was amazing! The house was clean, well taken care of, and lots of room! Very happy and will most likely book again!

Very clean and well stocked essentials for the morning! All beds were comfortable. Would have liked more hot water...if you fill up the house like we did you really need to space out the showers! Overall great place!

We enjoyed the location because it was close to all the activities we participated in during the Thanksgiving holidays. Loved that all five bedrooms had their own bath. With 12 people, it made our stay easier, we never felt crowded in the house. The host were wonderful and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you, John and Gina, for making our stay memorable.

This house accommodated a group of 10 of us to celebrate a bride to be! It was spacious & in an area that wasn't too far from everything. Hosts were responsive throughout the visit.

We arrived at night and the place had a great ambience outside. We were a party of 8. 3 couples and 2 singles. Everyone had a private room with attached bathroom. Each room also had its own thermostat, which was great because everyone likes a different temperature. The kitchen was nice and had a huge table for everyone to sit around. The hot tub was great and we used the putting green. Would highly recommend this property to a larger group. We had a great time and it was nice and close to our bowling tournament venue and stores.

Property was very well taken care of. All of the rooms were clean and fresh towels in each bath room. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. One couple stayed in the detached room. The kitchen was big enough to have a number of people congregate and the big table for dinning was very helpful to feed everyone - especially at Breakfast

Everything was absolutely amazing owners were super nice and easy to get ahold of for any questions. The house was beautiful and huge!! There was plenty of space it was exactly what we wanted and more :)

The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep for our Bachelorette weekend. The owners were accommodating and responsive. We loved the patio, mini golf feature, the light up mirror display and the spacious home to accommodate every one of our needs. Would highly recommend!

This was property was exactly like listed . No clutter, plenty of extra towels, cooking utensils, no problems finding it . We would definitely stay there again if need be.

The house was very nice but the neighborhood appeared to be a very run down neighborhood. We were a group of all women and children and were a bit concerned about our safety. Once we were in the home, we felt more safe. There was some hot water issues and plumbing concerns. The Hot/Cold faucets are opposite and we did not have hot showers as well as a draining problem with a shower and the kitchen sink. When we reached out to the landlord, he was very attentive to our concerns which we were grateful. We felt like the home was very overpriced considering the neighborhood and then all the issues we had unfortunately felt like the value to cost was definitely not a match.

The house is incredibly spacious, with a bathroom in each bedroom. The location is quiet, safe, and conveniently close to everything, making us feel right at home. Gina and John were excellent hosts. They accommodated both our early check-in and late check-out requests also responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved our stay at this new property! The putting green was the perfect addition to entertain our large group. The house was exceptionally clean & very comfortable for our group! Would definitely stay here again!
