Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great home, location, and had everything we needed and as advertised, and the outdoor spaces were great as well. We were in town for a weekend for a family reunion, and really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made the check in / out process very smooth, and were very accommodating. I also have to give a huge 5 stars for attention to detail on the toilet paper selection. You may think it's funny, but this house had the premium Charmin paper, and no other VRBO I have stayed at was even close. These kinds of small details don't go unnoticed, it makes a difference, nice job Nate and Amanda!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025The home is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a new neighborhood that’s is quiet and clean. There’s 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds for large groups to sleep in. There’s a huge backyard with a propane fireplace that’s nice to sit around with friends/family. Lots of games to also play and large spaces in the home makes it comfortable to stay at. I’d recommend this place to large groups coming to southern Utah for vacation. The host was also responsive and super helpful at answering any questions I had.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This is an awesome newer home with 5bd 3ba and a huge game room with air hockey, pool table, big TV, and a piano. Our kids age 12-17 enjoyed the game room very much. The house is very clean, modern, and well furnished. Everything works. Will definitely stay again when we go skiiing in Brian’s Head.
