Spacious 5 bedroom Oceanside Pool House Sleeps 22 Steps from the Beach

House was amazing perfect for each member of our family, except great grandma just because of her lack of mobility. Downstairs was perfect for kids and their parents. Upstairs was perfect for us grandparents and great grandmother. Down side great grandma had to her take time getting up the stairs. But it all worked out once she got settled in. The dinning room table was perfect for doing homework and having family meals. The walk to the beach was perfect to burn extra energy off them grandkids each morning and right before bed time. All the kids loved the pool even with the freezing temps... Over all we will definitely be staying again.

The house was lovely, decorated in a charming beach theme, absolutely spotless on arrival! The set up of this home is perfect if you have older kiddos with you. The lower portion of the home has a 4 bed bunk room and an additional bedroom w 2 full beds. It has a complete game room including a ping pong table, video game and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area is spacious. The front porch over looks the lovely pool and is a great place to relax. The beautiful beach is a short 3 block walk and the home is nestled in a charming beach neighborhood. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend staying here if you are ever visiting Emerald Isle, NC with your family. Thank you Tony for being an excellent host.

Very nice

Beautiful house, very modern. the house and pool was very clean. We had 10 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough room. Ping pong table was a hit with my adult children. Property manager was so helpful and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely stay here again. We rate it 10/10

Great place for our extended family beach week. We had a few small normal type issues that they were super helpful and responsive about. Recommend.

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. The pool needed cleaning after a few storms and the host quickly sent someone. We would stay there again.

The house was wonderful. It was just perfect for my family. Tony was very responsive as a host. The walk to the beach was a little far but it was manageable.

Loved the property overall and the location was great. The house overrall was not the cleanest when we arrived.

The house was beautiful, but for the price we paid, it should've included a lot more. My wedding party traveled to the home from all over the country and found that they still had to go out a purchase soap, shampoo, coffee etc. I've rented many homes in the past which have included all of these things and many more. The beds were extremely hard. The pool was freezing and unusable. Parking was a huge problem for our large group, and the neighbor called the police on us 3x for parking in the street. Overall, it was a nice home, but id never rent it again. There's much better homes with amenities in the area

This is a beautiful home, with lots of great amenities. We rented this home for a family wedding on Emerald Isle, and there were 12 adults (ages17-50's) and 2 children who stayed for 2 nights. Some of our collective thoughts on the property as a whole: (1) the home is further from the beach than we originally anticipated from the listing, it is within walking distance, but it is not right on the beach. (2)The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, and pots and pans, but you will probably need to purchase dishwashing detergent, we only had one pod for our entire stay, for 14 people. Also, the kitchen space is very tight, if your group likes to cook! (3) We would've loved to have been able to use the pool! It is not heated, and was not really usable due to the amount of leaves, and pine needles, etc. To be fair, we stayed in the off season. During the summer months, the pool would've been perfect!! Overall, this property is beautiful and clean, relatively updated, well located, but a bit noisy, due to the close proximity to the main road. We appreciated the fact that we could all stay together, since our family is scattered across the country, and doesn't get to see one another often. The host was easily reached with any issues, and is very personable, and easy to deal with.

We had a Red Hat chapter there, 13 of us. Accommodations were great. Being in our senior years we could have used more handicapped friendly accommodations. We were under the impression that the beach was very close but for us three long blocks away was a bit much.

The location and portrayal was positive. The property was underwhelming. Upkeep of a property of this caliber has not kept up with the demands of a beach area. Carpets should be replaced with laminate, tile, or hardwood as they were badly worn and appeared dirty. Cockroaches were present reported, and addressed immediately. Decking was rough,and needs repair. A window leaked and water pooled from rain. The back storm door was not hung square so would not easily shut and the handle fell apart. Woodwork-trim was dirty and could be touched up. Overall not impressive for a top end resort property.
