Spacious 5-bedroom house in pleasant Davenport with game room 10 miles to Disney

We stayed here for 3 days. My kids enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. My only suggestion would be to add more towels since we barely had enough for our family of 7. Other than that it was a comfortable home in a great location.

My stay was great! However there was miss understanding about the pool. I thought the house have a pool find out it was a community pool. They need to have more kitchen stuff too. After all everything else were fine.

The house was really great just we found few roaches(nothing major) thouh i think cleanig can be improved. Other than that everything else was really good and we like our stay.

Overall a wonderful time was had by our family of 6. First time VRBOing. Will def do it again.The home was wonderful and spacious. Only misunderstanding was the pool is a community pool. My inexperience as a home renter didnt know to clarify. Not holding that against this experince.

Pierre was great with responding to my message. The linen was a tad bit dirty and some of the towels and washcloths weren't clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and light traffic which was great.

House was exactly as picture's described. Very spacious and clean.

The property was spacious and exactly as pictured. The host was fantastic—very prompt, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a great stay! My only suggestion would be to consider a better cleaning service, but that doesn’t reflect on the host, who was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay. The house is very spacious so everyone had their own room. It is spotlessly clean and we were very comfortable. The appliances all excellent. The house is well located for local shops and of course the Disney parks. The neighbourhood is very nice and inviting. Our host was wonderful and very responsive. Check in and access very easy. We highly recommend this house and the host - our Orlando vacation was fantastic

The house was more than adequate spacing for our family (6 adults) and very clean! The host did respond in a timely manner, but it is not a premier site yet... It can be with some tweaks! I write these observations as constructive criticisms b/c we spent hard earned money for a better experience, not to derail the host. There are no bidets, hair dryers or ironing boards (as listed). We requested the ironing board and hair dryers, but only an ironing board was delivered a couple days later. The house is located near railroad tracks, which is not on the listing and ran early morning and late at night. A real nuisance when you are wanting to relax for vacation. With 3 bathrooms sharing one bath/shower, there should be some towel hooks to adequately cover each persons towel after use and there are none in any of the bathrooms. Also, an adequate amount of toilet paper should be made available w/out having to buy your own after 1 partial roll (starting out) is used up. The filter for the refrigerator should be changed or put in, if there is not one. Not everyone can pack closet hangers and a few from the dollar store etc. should be in each closet for clothes that come out of a suit case etc.. At the end of the day, the host and accommodations (except railroad) can be brought up to an appropriate level, and I get the impression the host would like to do that, but these are our experiences from this house, after using many VRBO's that are listed as Premier Hosts and Lodging.

Our stay was great! There was plenty of room for my party of 6. The home was a new build and very clean. Although the temperature was great in the home, it could use some ceiling fans to help circulate the air. The upstairs living space has a large screen tv and could use some seating as well. Overall, I look forward to staying here again when in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Its location was very convenient to Disney. It was evident this was a new listing as there were a few things missing in typical homes that would have been greatly appreciated…such as coffee cups and mixing bowls. The TVs were brand new as they still had some stickers on them as well as the keurig in the kitchen. The upstairs living area had a great big new TV but no furniture in it yet. The lack of coffee cups being my only *true gripe should not deter other renters. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are somewhat grown (22, 19, & 17) so each of them having their own bedroom was perfect. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. I would’ve given a 5* but I couldn’t drink my coffee the first morning. I’ll 100% check to see if this home is available when we come back. I’ll just make sure I have my own coffee cups ;)

The house was very nice and clean. It was large enough for our group of 10. The check in and out process was very easy. Would recommend!

First and foremost the pictures of the home are exact! The property was spacious, wonderful, modern decor with nice China and glassware. The open space allowed for family time as we relaxed, cooked and share dinner. The cinema-sized television in the living space as well as upstairs in a media room stole the show! The sectional had ample space for all of us with room to spare. The beds were comfortable and the showers were spa worthy. The two-car garage was excellent for returning at night. All the appliances were top-tiered and it was hard to leave this space when it was time to go home. The host was very attentive and the communication was appreciated. Can’t wait to return!

Last minute reservation and everything was great! The house was pictured just like the pictures taken on the website. The host was very responsive! Can't wait to come back.
