Stayed Oct 24, 2025Stayed here for homecoming weekend with friends, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had loads of plates, cups, and anything else you’d need for cooking for a large group. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the abundance of towels and other toiletries.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025My family stayed here over a very hot weekend in July and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of room and very clean. The kids particularly enjoyed the cement pad with bb hoop and room to play. The host was able to replace a faulty smoke detector after repeated messages, but before bedtime. We really enjoyed the space.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall.

Stayed May 15, 2025We came to aim for Iowa State‘s spring graduation. Our group of 10 ranged from 21 to 78 years old. We had plenty of space and a great kitchen that made it easy to prepare a graduation brunch for close to 20 people. Jill was very easy to work with, and the backyard is fantastic.
