yes, host was welcoming, I liked that there were tissues in every room, especially this time of year. Quality toiletries in the shower. Several different mattress choices - hard or soft.

Everything about our stay was amazing, we loved the pool table and the theater room was great--we very much enjoyed watching the Minnesota Wild win on the big screen.Eli was a wonderful host and was very responsive.What we loved most were the little things, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was even a Christmas tree set up. It was absolutely perfect for our group and we had a fantastic time here. I would highly recommend this wonderful home!

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our entire extended family while visiting Fargo to see our son at NDSU and attend a football game. The check in & check out process was really easy. It was just a short drive to campus & close to the freeway. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the theater room.

Very uncomfortable firm beds, minimal bedding. Just a sheet and very light coverlet. Shower in basement and mirror in basement placed very low which was difficult for adults to use. Quiet street and clean home.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and spacious enough to accommodate all six people in our party. The location was great and gave us access to both the University and the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Fargo area.

Enjoyed our first time in Fargo. Staying here added to the fun of our stay. Kids loved playing pool, playground and we all enjoyed the theater room!

As advertised. We only had short stay, plenty of areas for entire family. Two living rooms was nice.

The home was really nice and worked out great for a 5 night stay. Downstairs tv entertainment room was great for the kids. Video game machine was a big hit. Will come back again if we are in the area.

The check in process was simple. Location was easily accessible. Enough room for family gatherings to include infants and toddlers. We would stay here again when in the Fargo area.

Home suited all the needs for our out of town family following wedding. Kitchen, rooms and social areas allowed us all to be together and continue the celebration.
