Spacious 5-bedroom 3-bath house in delightful Elk Grove

The communication, location, amenities, and pricing was excellent. The owner was very nice, replied quickly and gave detailed instructions for checking in and out. However the cleaning was not very good, that's why I can't give it a 5, but a 4 rating. Overall if cleaning can be better I would definitely return again. Thank you for everything.

This home was perfect for what we needed in Elk Grove for a wedding we were attending in the area. Enough bedrooms for our entire family and a beautiful neighborhood close to parks and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating to the few requests we made of her. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant.

Excellent communication and checkin process. Needs a professional cleaner. Lots of dusty base boards, shelving. Unfinished paint throughout and wires hanging out of walls in living room. Backyard was unkept and although we didn’t use it, it was not visibly pleasant. Furniture was adequate but all very low end and mismatched Minor issue with ants in kitchen.

Stay was overall okay. The Air conditioning stopped working mid trip.

Had a good stay. Great communication, a thoughtful basket of snacks, and everything you need in a kitchen. Beds were comfortable and was a lot of room for our group of six. Backyard was a mess (broken glass on the patio, long grass and dog messes which felt a bit misrepresneted online, and the laundry room and floors definitely need some deeper cleaning. That said, we enjoyed our stay, the home just needs a little TLC.
