Spacious 5-Bed, 3-Bath Riverside Home with Pool & Jacuzzi

The property was clean but it is very dated (the pics are VERY generous). We also had several small issues that required several conversations with maintenance. I would recommend not paying the money to heat the pool or hot tub. They remotely turn on the heater but it didn’t work and we had to manually turn valves. We then had issues with the hot tub draining on its own. It was stressful and we didn’t get to use it. Save your money! Also - there is no firepit.

From the pictures you would think this is a newly renovated, great place. It is not. Ripped and broken furniture, out of date cabinetry, marks/dents on many walls. The pool was very nice other than broken lounge chairs so that was a plus. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. No wash cloths or hand towels and we found that out as we were already traveling. You get 2-3 towels in the bathroom and that's it. No bath mats. The first morning I go in the room my daughter was staying in and she said thanks for opening it, I couldn't get out. The door locked and would not unlock. We also had ant problems. We contacted the renter and she said a maintenance man would be over. We waited around awhile and finally had to leave. When we got back at about 6pm, he still hadn't come. We texted him and he did come right away. He changed the door knob and sprayed for ants. The next morning I came down to ants all over our food and kitchen. A previous review mentioned bug problems so there was time to address this. We rent a lot and this was definitely one of our worst experiences. We even ended up checking out a day early as our soccer times changed, so there could have been an offer to compensate but there was not. I would not recommend. This is nothing I have not already told the renter and I was still asked to give good reviews so their VRBO average doesn't drop.

Not a good experience! Idk where to start. Just know the pictures of property must be atleast 10-15yrs old. It's not crisp/clean looking in person. Furniture is old, especially couches no support big rips in. We didnt want to use anything in kitchen & didnt. Linen was HUGE issue! Towels were gross with major stains in each of them nasty!! No towels upstairs or papertowels for you. I had to purchase some. No hangers upstairs. They finally sent towels but not until Saturday & we had to wash since they were new. We left sunday so it was not convienant! Rooms had a smell like pets in beds. There was NO top sheet which was gross since you know most people dont was comforters. We were cold. Finally found iron literally thrown in closet a small table one that didnot have cover on just the metak holes. To use pool or jacuzzi heated was ridiciculus fees ! Pool was very dirty not as pictured! The positives were they do respond quickly but i did not like the fact i had to keep reaching out & couldnt enjoy myself. The property didnt seem like people enjoy hosting due to the major lack of care & cleanliness of property. There was also ants in restroom upstairs. There was also alot of laundry left on washer/dryer which was dirty area no door so its noisy & makes it hotter since its right down stairs in front of restroom & bedroom. Also, if you are travelling with elderly bottom bedroom bed is basically on floor so its very hardto get in & out of for them.

Nice house but things need repair back yard chairs bad shape gate around pool looks worn down broken bathroom door very dusty home lots of dog hair throughout the house some house furniture has rips in them no extra covers no only a couple of clean towels trash cans are full before even coming a lot of ants windows had no screens killed 3 spiders in master bed room
