Spacious 4BR/4BA, minutes to Eagle Lodge / Village

A beautiful home overlooking the golf course. We loved it and plan on making it our annual go to spot for our Mammoth family ski trip.

Convenient house for Mammoth Spring skiing. Comfortable space and the use of a private hot tub a plus.

Excellent stay with minor exceptions. Photos of lodging are accurate and do not do the charm of the home justice. Beds in all four bedrooms were very comfortable with nice bedding. Bathroom towels etc. were soft and fluffy - quantity was more than enough for four adult males. Kitchen was well equiped and found very functional by the head chef in our group (we cooked all our meals in). Parking was fine however the garage was not wide enough to accomodate our two full size pickups. Not a problem for us - the garage appeared wide enough to take two mid-sized suv's side-by-side. High points: the hot tub and the fire place - easy to build a roaring fire, lovely to watch and has an automaticly activated blower to spread the warmth. Plenty of firewood in the garage. The following are the minor exceptions that could have been done better: nice salt and pepper set on the dining table with no salt in the shaker and a pepper shaker with no pepper or stopper in the bottom to hold it - we could have delt with that had there been a salt & pepper supply in the condiments cabinet - none there. No matches or lighter to build a fire or light the BBQ grill. Empty hand soap dispensers and minimal tissue in some baths with no spares - burnt out bathroom lights. TP the quality of news print. A trip to the supermarket solved all those problems. House keeping/cleaner short coming I suspect.Great location - highly recommended. I would rent again.

The host was very responsive. It was very nice that every bedroom had a separate bathroom to use.

Having stayed 4 times, now, we know it well, and obviously enjoy the size and location and the comfort. We do, however think some of the nonstick pots should be replaced as the finish is scraped/scraping off. Enjoyed the new cook top.

My Family and I stayed in this place for a week, it was very nice home and great location, just down the street from Eagle. The place was clean and perfect for my family. I would stay here again.

Beautiful, well maintained home. Wonderful that each couple had their own room and bath. Kitchen was large and easy for all to cook together. Hot tub was great for apres ski. Nice area to walk in for non-skiers. There were a few things not explained ahead of time, for example, bring your own towels for the hot tub. There is a basic coffee maker but you need to bring your own grounds or beans. There also is an expectation that you don’t use the front door to come in and out. Also, if you come early expect to wait until exactly 4 pm to enter the home. We drive through a snow storm and it was very hard to assess arrival time. We got to the house at 3:20 and we were told it wasn’t quite ready though it was clear no one was at the house. We waited in the driveway for a half hour and then were told at 3:50 that the door would unlock. Totally understand if guests are trying to get in really early, but we weren’t. Sharing this so you’re aware if you arrive even a half hour early best to go into town until 4 so your time isn’t wasted.

We were traveling as a group of six friends, so we needed separate rooms and bathrooms. We only had one night to stay in Mammoth, but if we could have afforded another night on the 9-day trip, we would have stayed here longer. This was the final night of an exhausting expedition week, so we were glad to hunker down and stay in for a take-out dinner, soak in the tub, hang in the living room and all get a restful night's sleep. We would do it all again, and we just might. Definitely recommended!!

This was our second stay in this home and we hope to return soon. Easy check in and owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Great location, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and the spa was wonderful after a day of hiking. We loved our stay!

The property is wonderful! It is great for a large group or family with the layout. In a gorgeous neighborhood. I personally loved the very large bath tub in master:

The home was perfect for our family. Close to the eagle lodge. Literally a 5 min drive. The home had plenty of room for our families to have their own room. Will definitely look to come to this home again.

House is in great area, and is great for you and your friends.

The house was amazing, one of the best I’ve stayed at in Mammoth. Ample parking, jacuzzi, and dog friendly!

We enjoyed the location and the beautiful home. We were disappointed that we were not warned in advance that the oven and trash compactor did not work. We found no directions how to leave the hone

The house was perfect for our group that included 3 families with kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. The 4 full bathrooms was super convenient for everyone to get ready quickly. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked. The attached garage was great, especially since it snowed during our stay. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again!

Always enjoy it. FYI the igniter on the stove needs to be checked…it continues to click..we unplugged it and replugged it in when needed the burner.

A great place to stay! We were 5 adults, but would be ideal for a family as well. Amazing location, clean and the jacuzzi was definitely an added bonus.10/10!

Great location and property, it was an amazing time.

Great location and easy to access on a quiet street. Kids loves riding their bikes around the cul de sac. We would definitely stay here again!
