Stayed Sep 21, 2022Very well appointed and stocked in all areas. Great communication with owner. Only fallback was the lawn out back could have used a mow especially to help reduce the mosquitoes. Obviously they aren't completely avoidable, but think that might have helped. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay in a very comfortable neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025This is a beautiful house in a safe and quiet area, just outside of town. One of the few rentals I've seen with a fenced off grass yard on LC. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and even went above and beyond to be accommodating. I recommend this home for stays of all sizes.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025We stayed here for a family visit. The house is large and comfortable. A great value! Plenty of space for my family to spread out. Home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It is also tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Yard and patio are great for hanging out. If you have young children, there is a park right across the street. Property owner is great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Nice and quiet neighborhood. We also had a nice engagement with the property manager checking in to see if we needed anything. The outside trash can was full so he carried several bags to his own can to make some room. He welcomed us to knock on his door if we needed anything during our stay.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Came to Las Cruces to drop my son off for college at NMSU. The house was only 15 minutes away. There was a small Town about 6 minutes away for shopping. The house was very nice and met our needs. Very cute back yard and a nice view of the mountains

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Our group was in town for the Bataan Memorial march at White Sands missile base. The house was perfect for us and would definitely rent again. Communication was prompt and everything was just as advertised.
