Situated just minutes from shopping, dining, golf, Pine Island, and more, West Coast Escape provides both a relaxing retreat and the convenience of easy access to local attractions. For those who need to stay connected or get some work done, the office is the perfect space. It comes equipped with a computer and printer, making it easy to manage work tasks or check in with loved ones during your stay. Whether you`re here to explore or simply unwind, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. Please note that guests will NOT have access to the garage during their stay.

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.
1.) No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the home or in any enclosed areas. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.

2.) No Pets:
We love animals, but for the comfort of all guests, no pets are allowed on the property unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

3.) Respect the Neighbors:
Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evening. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

4.) Occupancy Limit:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Please do not exceed this number for safety and comfort, unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

5.) Parking:
Please park in the driveway or other designated areas. Street parking is not allowed. Guests will NOT have access to the garage during their stay.

6.) Cleanliness:
Please leave the home in the condition you found it. Trash and recycling should be placed in the appropriate bins provided.

8.) Use of Equipment:
Guests are welcome to use the computer and printer in the office. Please be mindful of their usage.
The hoist in the master shower is for accessibility purposes only. Please use it responsibly.

9.) Outdoor Lanai:
The lanai is for the enjoyment of all guests. Please make sure to turn off the outdoor TV when not in use and keep the area clean.

10.) No Parties or Events:
This home is intended for peaceful family and friend gatherings. Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed. Small gathering and/or parties are sometimes allowed if previously discussed and agreed upon.

11.) Damages:
Please report any damages to the property immediately. You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay.

12.) Safety and Security:
Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Please keep the entrance and exit pathways clear at all times.

13.) Respect the Property:
Treat the property with care and respect. Any furniture or items moved should be returned to their original position.

14.) Use of Hoist and Accessibility Features:
Guests are responsible for using accessibility features, like the hoist, appropriately and safely.
