Stayed Jun 6, 2025We had 6 adults and 2 preteens staying for a UCR Graduation. The house was nice, and was spacious. Beds were comfy and it was clean.Communication with the owner at arrival was amazing. There was a issue which the owner addressed asap..There are only 3 things to change. 1 was more seating to accommodate 8 in the living room..there was only 1 couch and a rocker. 5 of us sat on the floor or didnt sit in the living room at all. More pots and pans, there wasnt enough to cook with. And then the outside furniture need new coverings..they badly ripped and stained..

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Overall this property was great. The house was very homey and everything was nice and clean. The only thing was when we arrived the pool was filled with leaves. I believe the next day a pool guy came but when we arrived the pool wasn’t usable due to all the leaves.
