• No smoking or vaping inside home - will incur maximum allowable fines through Placer County STR rules - up to $5,000
• No pets allowed
• Snow Shoveling Service cleans snow in front of doorway, may request access on occasion to remove snow from decks during periods of heavy snow
• Snow Removal service removes snow up to location on driveway during periods of heavy snow
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
