Entire Home: You will have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of a fully furnished home.

Private Pool & BBQ Area: Relax by the pool or host a BBQ gathering in the outdoor space. The BBQ grill is available for your use, and we ask that you please clean it after use to avoid a cleaning fee.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Feel free to use the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. It comes with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and more.

Living & Dining Areas: You are welcome to make yourselves at home in the spacious living room with a cozy sofa and smart TV. The dining table can comfortably seat up to 6 guests.

Bedrooms: Each of the 3 bedrooms, plus the den, is fully furnished with comfortable bedding and a Smart TV. You’ll find plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring Miami.

No smoking inside the house.

No parties or loud noise after 11 PM.

Our pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday morning.

Pool Heater (Optional Add-On)

Please note: The pool heater is an optional add-on and is not included in the nightly rate.
Pool heater service is available upon request for an additional $120 per day, payable prior to check-in.

Once requested, the heater will be turned on the day of arrival or the day before, and it may take 5–12 hours to fully heat depending on weather and season.
No Parties/Visitors

Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
All visitors must be cleared with the Host in advance.
Violation will result in immediate cancellation and a $500 fine.

Indoor Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only.
A $500 fine will be imposed if any trace of smoke is detected inside the home after check-out.

Lost or Damaged Remotes

TV Remote: $50 replacement fee

Gate Remote: $150(includes configuration and setup)

Late Check-Out

Check-out is strictly 11:00 AM.
Guests must contact the Host in advance to discuss late check-out options.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee equal to one night’s rate.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Please keep all noise (talking, music, etc.) to a minimum to respect our neighbors.

✨ PROPERTY & AMENITY PROTECTION

Pet Policy

No pets allowed.
To ensure the comfort of guests with allergies, all animals are strictly prohibited at this property.

Security Cameras

Security cameras are installed outside the property for your safety.
Tampering, covering, or moving them will result in a $100 fine.

Linen & Towel Care

Please avoid using towels or linens for makeup removal or cleaning.
If linens, towels, or bedding are stained beyond reuse, a $50 replacement fee per item will apply.

ℹ️ GENERAL CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS
Eating in Bedrooms

Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms to keep them clean and pest-free.
Enjoy meals in the dining or common areas.

Tropical Climate Note

Casa Belle is located in Miami’s tropical climate.
While we take steps to minimize their presence, small creatures may occasionally enter if doors or windows are left open.
Keeping doors closed will help reduce this likelihood.

Early Check-In/Out

When available, we are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee.
Prices vary based on selected times and availability.

Air Conditioning

1. Please do not set the thermostat below 70°F (21°C).
2. Setting the temperature extremely low will not cool the Unit faster and may cause the A/C system to malfunction.
3. Adjust the temperature gradually and allow time for the Unit to cool.
4. Ensure the thermostat is set to COOL mode, not HEAT.
5. Guests may be responsible for service or repair costs resulting from misuse of the A/C system.
